I was looking forward to this donut after multiple recommendations maybe that’s why it didn’t live up to it. The glazed donut was good, but the glaze was the let down. I would say the donut is in a similar class to most takeout donuts like Tim hortons.The cakey donuts are not good I would avoid those, couldn’t finish a small bite. I would suggest if you go there to ask for traditional donut dough those will be as expected.

Suggestion to the business: the donuts should be separated into the chewy dough and the cakey dough.I was very excited to try Lee’s donuts for the first time and chose 6 flavours, not knowing that many of them were cakey and crumbly. We thought they were bad/weird tasting donuts and were honestly confused about the hype, until we tried the doughy donuts which were pretty good. Unfortunately we did not finish even half of the box as we did not enjoy the cakey donuts.

Dont love love their donuts. Anything with chocolate dough is good though.
Their traditional donuts are the best in town!!! I’m giving them three stars because delivery only serves “bakers choice” meaning you can’t select the donuts you want…that’s terrible. Otherwise service at the donut shop is quick and friendly!!!
