We had a wonderful breakfast at the Legacy today! The service. Food. Coffee was amazing. Suzanne our server made us feel so welcome. She was so polite. Pleasant. Definitely will be going back. See you soon Suzanne!

My experience was made absolutely perfect thanks to our server, Susan. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being overbearing. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, and her timing was spot-on throughout the meal.

Susan’s friendly attitude and genuine care made the whole experience stand out. She made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. It’s rare to come across service that feels this sincere and effortless — she truly went above and beyond.

We’ll definitely be coming back, and it’s safe to say Susan will be the reason why!

The staff are exceptional. Rose, Suzanne, the care aids, food servers, front desk staff, housekeepers… everyone was kind, caring, friendly and positive. In particular, Rose went above and beyond expectations in doing so much for my mother, even visiting her when she went to the hospital. Suzanne does an amazing job arranging activities and entertainment, and greets everyone during their meals with genuine caring. These two provide a wonderful example for all the staff. Residents and their loved ones are made to feel part of the Legacy family, and my mother was so lucky to be part of this inclusive and welcoming community.

A calm amazing experience. Food is so tasty great quality.

I visited my grandfather last week and was really impressed with the place. It’s beautiful, well maintained and very accessible, especially with the SkyTrain station nearby. As soon as I arrived, I was warmly greeted by a young lady at the concierge front desk who was quick to offer assistance. Restaurant served delicious food, and service was also great!

One of the best restaurants in town... No just for the food but the nice staff.

Poor management

My mother has been living at Legacy Senior Living for several years now, and I can honestly say my husband and I feel very lucky to have her there.

I want to take a moment to mention Helen. She has been wonderful to my mom, and they’ve really built a genuine bond over time. Helen always takes the time to chat, listen, and help out with anything my mom needs. She makes her laugh and feel comfortable, and it’s clear she truly cares about the people she looks after.

Helen always goes out of her way to check in, help out, and make sure my mother feels comfortable and heard. She’s patient, respectful, and treats everyone like family. I know many other residents and families feel the same way.

I also want to thank the whole Legacy team for creating such a caring and supportive place for our loved ones. It gives me peace of mind knowing my mother is surrounded by people who truly care.

Discovered a restaurant for lunch and took a glimpse of Legacy. I'm amazed that I hadn't noticed this type of senior living in Hong Kong before. It’s bright, and the residents are active and look happy here.
