If you're looking for a cozy and romantic restaurant, then look no further. Food and service were great. We really enjoyed our 3-course meal and decided to picture everything mentally and keep the memory for ourselves. Definitely recommend!

First of all, I’d like to mention that there’s an outside cake fee. We came here for birthday dinner but didn’t expect to be charged 5 bucks for bringing a birthday cake. Overall, I’d rate this restaurant a 6-7 out of 10. The food is really mid but the atmosphere and service is good. I personally wouldn’t go again, as the food did disappoint, but at least nice vibes I guess

Great French restaurant with bistro style decor. The ambiance is very European, a little smaller space wise but cozy and inviting. The restaurant feel is warm and inviting, perfect on a cold evening to walk in and hear people chatter in the mood lighting.

The service was polite and kind, checking on the table regularly, helpful with a small modification to a main dish. The food was delicious! To start the French onion soup was A+! The roasted cauliflower tart was also a surprisingly tasty, with the tart being very light and flakey. The mussels and steak were excellent, especially the peppercorn sauce. The fries were a winner as well, crispy outside, soft inside and well salted. We didn’t finish the order but they accented the steak nicely.

Overall great experience, we’ve been before and plan on coming again!

I had this restaurant on my list of places i wanted to try but that was quite disapointing:
- The cheese and charcuterie plater had only 2 kinds of cheese and 2 of deli and one was spanish chorizo (i'd expect different kinds of french saucissons in a french restaurant)
- The grilled squid was boiled and then possibly set on a grill for a few seconds to give it some dark grill lines (also still had very strong sea taste)
- the duck was very good, but the side was not arugula but seemed more like small spinash overly salty and soaked with onions which kind of killed most of the taste (hard to be sure since the place is very dark)
- the steak order medium-rare was actually rare and sent back. While i understand that french cuisine tends to consider medium rare less cooked than in north america, raw meat in more than 50% of the cut is pushing it, and.... at least inform the customer in advance!

Food is just alright. The steak was so small. The service was so slow. I think only 1 chef is working. The tables are weirdly sticky, it was gross and uncomfortable. I told them during the reservation that it was an anniversary, but the service was really bad.

The service was exceptional and the atmosphere lovely. The food was ok but not great. The pomme frites were not as I remembered them years ago. I had a good meal with my adult kids.

The group I was with very much enjoyed our meal here and all our dishes. As a 'french bistro' its almost perfect in terms of atmosphere - I could eat every night at the bar. The service was great and the food was very good. The menu (meaning selection primarily) was good - maybe a few more options would have been nice - but this will be my go-to restaurant when in Vancouver.
