Excellent food and service

I am giving everything about this takeout experience today 1 star. I haven't eaten the food yet because I am still so annoyed by the mistakes that were made on my order, the prices I was over-charged compared to what their menu shows and the manner in which I was treated. At the end of 2 unpleasant interactions with 2 staff, about their errors and being overcharged, a loonie was handed to me in a dismissive manner and she walked away. (Not the difference of what I was owed). No apology, no smiles , no explanation. For this I paid $68.00 fo 3 main dishes and some spring rolls. Not sure how I can eat my dinner with such a bad taste left in my mouth

The owner of this place I suddenly entered was so kind! I never thought there would be such a large portion of tantan noodles... It was so delicious, but there was so much that I couldn't eat it all ? Especially the lemon shrimp and xiao long bao are really delicious.

The best service and amazing food. The pan fried pork buns are the best I’ve had and the shao mai is delicious.

Their takeout/delivery menu is very difficult to decipher. The food is good, though.

This was a horrible place to dine in. We only ordered one large bowl of rice but they charged us with five bowls of rice even though they just gave us one bowl. They only told us that the large bowl was worth five small bowls when we were paying. It was $17.50. This was the most expensive bowl of rice I have ever had. There was also horrible customer service. When we asked why they charged us so much, the owner, who was serving us, of the place just clicked on the 15% tip while we were asking them about the rice.

Just picked up sweet and sour pork and veggie noodles to go. There was a piece of stapler in my noodles. Imagine feeding this to your child and they swallow it. Food was decent. Went here because it was all over IG about cheap Chinese lunch and decided to give it a try.

Beef rolls were so salty and dry- barely edible. Shanghai noodles had 0 flavour, no sauce. Just dry fried noodles. One star because the sesame chicken was good. Would not eat here

The xiaolongbao are something, the broth is super flavourful. The chili steamed fish was really good and the mongolian beef decent. The lunch special is a bargain. Took a little while to get both plates instead of getting them at the same time but was fine.
