Service was good. Love foie gras parfait. A must try. Tuna tartare was great. Beef Pho was tasty but not too excited.

Very solid French/Vietamese restaurant with variety of options. We tried pho (northern style) and duck rotisserie and were happy with both. Their spicy condiment definitely helped elevate both dishes. Parking is difficult to find around restaurant.

My experience at Linh Cafe in Vancouver was quite a culinary treat. The restaurant, known for its unique French and Vietnamese fusion, delighted us with its appetizing offerings. The spring roll appetizer was a perfect mix of crispy and soft textures, while the mussels, served in a creamy white wine sauce, were fresh and juicy. The house-baked bánh mì was a wonderful accompaniment, its thin, crisp crust and soft, airy texture perfectly complementing the mussels' sauce. Our attentive server suggested we order a second bread, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The main course, a northern style Pho, was a unique departure from the usual. The added bone marrow enhanced the broth, introducing a new layer of flavor. The preserved chill vinegar sauce was a delightful addition, adding a delightful spicy, sour kick to the dish. The staff's warm smiles added to the overall positive dining experience. However, there was a slight hiccup when it came time to request the bill. Our server seemed to overlook our request, and we had to ask another server for assistance. Despite this minor mishap, our overall experience at Linh Cafe in Vancouver was overwhelmingly positive. Its exceptional food and service definitely provided a memorable culinary journey.

My girlfriend's friend Christine recommended this place. We were in the city and decided to check in out. It's located under the Granville bridge in that University Canada west building you see when you drive over the bridge. We found lots of cheap street parking but it was a Sunday at around 7pm.We were greated by Andy Le the manager. The restaurant was 3/4 full and had a great vibe to it. Tables were available but we sat at the bar. Andy was attentive to us despite a busy restaurant. We had a great red sangria, followed by a complimentary bread and butter. We then had tuna tare tare, foi grois parfait, wild mushrooms, and of course their pho. It was explained their pho is "Northern" style and did not come with bean sprouts or basil. We ended the meal with a nice tart lemon pie. All the dishes were excellent. Some reviews said the place was $$, I would say it's more $$$.It's in a fun area with other great restaurants near the false creek yacht club.We would definitely go back.

Top notch modern fusion Vietnamese cuisine bistro yet the best of Vancouver's authentic north Vietnamese beef noodle soup "phở bắc" ! Wonderful french-service friendly staff and fabulous ambience!

The food is delicious but our server the young South Korean lady, Lia is so amazing! She’s very helpful, gave an exemplary professional service. She has such a lovely personality and always smiling. She was efficient and so hospitable! Lia got all our orders correctly. She’s such an asset to Lihn Cafe!

Almost everything minus the desserts were SO GOOD. It def is pricey but worth the quality.Dishes I can recommend:- the BREAD. Both the regular + brioche kind- chicken liver and mushroom cream sauce- spring rolls- pho- mussels- steak frites- foeigwa- sea bassIf i had to nitpick, i’d say they’re stingy with extra portions of bread for the price.Dessert unfortunately was disappointing. The pastry on the cream puff tasted stale and the biscuit bottom of the lemon tart was mushy.Atmosphere is lovely. Tall glads windows. Floors and decor give a sort of french bistro vibe.Service was excellent

We got the house made chips which we expected to come out freshly made but definitely were not. I think they should come with a dip, otherwise very plain! The pho broth is tasty however you add rare beef slices for 8$ and get 2-3 slices that were 3/4 fat and quite chewy.Beware of the Mocktails, neon green and tastes like the mint treatments at the dentist, would not recommend. They appeared to hold a staff meeting in the middle of service and pulled all the servers/waitstaff away which felt odd and uncomfortable flagging someone down to get our bill.Really nice space and with the ratings being higher I’m betting the French food on the menu is quite good! Service was very friendly and their house chilli vinegar is really good.

I was looking forward to visit this place, however I got a bit disappointed. First of all I was expecting to see a blend of Vietnamese and French cuisines, but instead they just have on the menu just Vietnamese or typical French offerings. The price is pretty high for the food you get. I had spring rolls that were a bit greasy and the pork filling was lacking spices. The duck was really good, however I would say it's not worth the price of 39$ since it comes without sides, but just with a few grapes.Service was great and lovely atmosphere inside, but overpriced.
