Had the Grateful Veg and a Broccoli Soup, was super tasty! Highly recommend, in a time where sandwiches can be $18 each, this place offered a healthy offering of really delicious soup plus a large panini for under $14! Unreal! Service was top notch as well!

Will be back :)

I bought the Beef and Barley Soup in a vacuum packed bag - unfortunately I have to report it's one of the worst soups I've ever had! Mostly a weird smelling broth, with hardly any solid pieces in it... - total waste of money!
Vancouver Soup Company is so much better - but good luck!

I have been here a couple times and I love their vegetarian options! My favorite is the grateful veg with garden chili. The mom meatless loaf, balsi vegan wrap and grilled cheese are all really good too and the staff are always friendly!

I started coming to Liquids & Solids ever since I started working in the neighbourhood. I just had the Mexican Breakfast Wrap and it was so delicious and great way to start my morning. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a tasty and savoury bite

The "Mexican Breakfast Wrap" fell short of expectations with its bland taste and uninspired ingredients. While the soup quality was decent, the staff's indifference and the negative dining environment overshadowed any positives. Overall, a disappointing visit that doesn't warrant a return.

Not really a safe place nor all welcome if you are displaying the rainbow sticker as the rainbow movement doesn’t welcome christians.

I stopped in here mainly because it was the closest restaurant to where I was staying on vacation.
I had a roast beef sandwich with Irish stew. It tastes like it’s quality food made from scratch. The roast beef wasn’t at all like the processed cold cuts that most places would serve. My wife had a cinnamon bun that she gave two thumbs up to.
I only wish I tried it sooner.
Great find!

I love this place, the food it’s amazing and the staff its very kind. But today I came around 11:30am and the line was so huge and just two girls working. As a positive feedback I high recommended that you should have an extra person because is an always busy place and waiting took a long time. Anyways I love this place !

Will come here every time I'm in town! The sandwich was very well-balanced and delicious. Savory with a bit of sweet. Grilled exactly as I like. Visually pleasing. Went well dipped in the soup.Tomato soup was creamy and perfect temp. Next time I'd get the 14oz instead of 10oz.Standard small, open-air type restaurant setting, no hassles or issues. 1 bathroom that I saw, unisex, wheelchair accessible

Vegetarian options: Plenty of options!

Dietary restrictions: Seems pretty restriction-friendly, but each person should do research to be sure

Kid-friendliness: Kids may be fine here due to rooms inside and street noise, but must be supervised.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible into store, bathroom. Corner curbs outside are chair friendly

Been coming for years and always a great experience being greeted and served from Camille. Her smile can brighten anyone's day and she's such a hard worker. Love the sandwiches and soups. Great spot for the community to come get a quick lunch.

I have been here twice but they still hadn't fix that door yet it's been a week !!! I Think they do not care at all !!
Food was okay! Staff were nice ! But they can improve food quality!

Bump into this nice little shop on a Monday morning.

A good variety of soup/stew and the "solid" items sound delicious too.

I picked a combination of Beef Stew and Mexican Breakfast Wrap, which was very much beyond my expectation. The stew was full of veggies and minced beef, while the breakfast wrap had a good amount of stuffing made up of hot sausage and scrambled eggs.

And it was only $12 with tips!

Will definitely come again.

Vegetarian options: This place offer meat-free option on wraps, sandwiches and soups.

The kitchen’s crew deserves an award for this Chicken Pesto! All fresh and all tasty! Also, I love the way that the front girl deals with my son, that’s how we love to be treated! Already coming back soon! Cheers!
