The food is great and there’s always fabulous customer service. The tuna sandwich is amazing and with a bowl of tomato soup you can’t ask for a cozier meal! Love to see the friendly faces of the staff. It’s always clean and organized as well.

The people are okay working here and the ambience is alright however after giving it a try a few times I just find the food bland most items I could tolerate but I ordered the onion soup today and it was the worst soup I ever had one spoon and in the trash

Very good atmosphere great food will be going back again
Thanks for recommending this Pulled pork sandwich really delicious!!🫶🏼
Camile Alves provided outstanding customer service. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, making the experience truly pleasant.
Delicious food for a great price
Had the Grateful Veg and a Broccoli Soup, was super tasty! Highly recommend, in a time where sandwiches can be $18 each, this place offered a healthy offering of really delicious soup plus a large panini for under $14! Unreal! Service was top notch as well!
Will be back :)

I bought the Beef and Barley Soup in a vacuum packed bag - unfortunately I have to report it's one of the worst soups I've ever had! Mostly a weird smelling broth, with hardly any solid pieces in it... - total waste of money!
Vancouver Soup Company is so much better - but good luck!

I have been here a couple times and I love their vegetarian options! My favorite is the grateful veg with garden chili. The mom meatless loaf, balsi vegan wrap and grilled cheese are all really good too and the staff are always friendly!
I started coming to Liquids & Solids ever since I started working in the neighbourhood. I just had the Mexican Breakfast Wrap and it was so delicious and great way to start my morning. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a tasty and savoury bite

The "Mexican Breakfast Wrap" fell short of expectations with its bland taste and uninspired ingredients. While the soup quality was decent, the staff's indifference and the negative dining environment overshadowed any positives. Overall, a disappointing visit that doesn't warrant a return.

Not really a safe place nor all welcome if you are displaying the rainbow sticker as the rainbow movement doesn’t welcome christians.
I stopped in here mainly because it was the closest restaurant to where I was staying on vacation.
I had a roast beef sandwich with Irish stew. It tastes like it’s quality food made from scratch. The roast beef wasn’t at all like the processed cold cuts that most places would serve. My wife had a cinnamon bun that she gave two thumbs up to.
I only wish I tried it sooner.
Great find!
