Not your typical Dim Sum. And I think for the better! Service was excellent, very attentive wait staff. Food was as on point, even my wife who struggles with most traditional Chinese food dishes really enjoyed the food. I've had lots of dim sum and this is without a doubt some of the very best I've had. I did miss a couple of my favourite dishes such as luobogao (turnip cake) but the taro scallop balls made up for it! Ambiance is obviously not going to be the same as...
The taste of dim sum is just right, the seasoning is just right, suitable for the taste and health needs of modern people, the service is also very good, and the dim sum restaurant is very warm, but the appearance of some of the siu mai is a little damaged, which affects some impressions
The dim sum was decent overall, but the first dish (shrimp toast) arrived cold in the middle, which put a damper on the rest of the meal. The atmosphere is trendier, but the food was on par with less expensive, more traditional local offerings. I was expecting more given the Bib Gourmand award.
