If you’re visiting Yale town in Vancouver and you’re venturing off the strip and want authentic Vietnamese cuisine I recommend coming here. Got 2 Pho and the chicken dumplings. All were simply disappointing. Beef was tasteless, so as the broth. Dumplings were dry with no flavor. Meatballs came with a strong after-taste. I legit had to eat a Reese chocolate to get rid of that taste in my mouth. My husband couldn't even finish the Pho. For the price, the food is really unacceptable.

My friend and I waited for almost an hour to get our food lunchtime. We both ordered something quick. Eventually she had to pack and go and I continued waiting for until I became almost late for my meeting and had to go. My food came at the last minute and it wasn't even what I ordered. Therefore I can't comment on the food itself but the service was really bad.

The chicken and vermicelli was just cooked vermicelli with absolutely no flavour and cooked chicken like you just boiled it in water.The sandwich was pieces of pork and cucumber in a baguette.And they weren't cheap either.I have never seen so little effort put into food that you pay for.

You immediately know trying to sell business, service good but closing very soon . Quick renovation makes restaurant look worse , not Vietnamese as it should but half sports bar, half no theme restaurant ....very disappointing as I have frequently visited this place for several years . Finally they are leaving and sold . Too bad.
