I moved into the neighbourhood just a few months ago and Sip of Life as hands down become one of my favorite spots. The staff are lovely and so kind. The coffee itself is also some of the best I've had.. it's become my go to spot to study, grab a morning coffee, or simply unwind. 10/10 reccommend.

Cute little coffee shop in Kits with tasty drinks and pastries. I think what makes this place special is how nice and welcoming the owners are. I spent a couple hours there and every customer I saw was greeted personally like a friend. It feels a bit like one of those neighborhood cafés in Europe. Worth making part of your daily routine even just for the smile!

I cannot find words good enough to describe the experience we had at Sip of Life today. Sara, the barista, is an absolute gem. She notices her customers needs before they even ask. Very kind and thoughtful. I will be telling everyone about Sip of Life. The pastries and muffins, the hot and cold drinks, the savoury items are delicious and the shop itself is quaint and spotless. The display of baked goods makes everything so tempting. A must try if you are in the area.
