This is our go to for delivery. Haven’t eaten in but occasionally have gone to restaurant to pick up and it’s always very busy and staff friendly. Food is excellent.

Food was ok but expensive and service is poor. Waiter was pushy when taking our order. Originally ordered half chicken but was told it was unavailable and was served a full order of duck instead - $20 difference in price for that one dish!Interior is extremely outdated. Will not be returning again.

The restaurant is located on the west side. We decided to pick up food here and have it back home. We got several dishes:1) Beef and rice noodles2) Onion and green onion stirfried beef3) Beef curry4) tofu, chicken seafood pot5) chicken eggplant All dishes were very tasty. Ingredients that they used were fresh. Portion size were pretty good compared to many restaurants. My parents have done pickup to go many times from here. Because it is close to where they live, it was definitely one of their go to places. Service was great. I highly recommend trying this place if you have not been.

Ripped off on Canada day. Ordered a 3 pound lobster but with less meat than any 2 pound lobster I had ever eaten in any chinese restaurants in Vancouver. The owner must have thought that I didn't eat out at all.The quality of the Sweet and Sour pork dish was terrible. Worst than any food court can offer.A-grade price with D-grade qualityWill never go back again

Four of us ate at this restaurant on July 1. We ordered a 3pound lobster. The life lobster shown to us looked like a 3pounder. But when the finished dish came out by real surprise as a less than 2 pounder. I questioned the owner and he agreed to cut the price by 1/4 pound which I felt like a real ripoff. I have eaten in many restaurants that a 2 pound lobster should have a lot more meat than this. Very disappointed and will never go back there again and I'll let all my friends know about this. Don't know what the restaurant owner think he could pull off such a ripoff practice. Another point was the quality of food was terrible, worse than any food court standard. Conclusion is first tier price and third tier quality. Bad........

Service was good. Food was good. This was the most expensive Chinese restaurant I have ever gone to. Did not find the portions matched the price. Average to small sized servings. Lunch is better priced, supper too expensive for no clear reason.

Overpriced dinner price at night (for the mediocre quality). Not recommended for family.

This has the yummiest lobster glass noddles. Fresh and delicious. We also had the Taiwanese broccoli, salt and pepper prawns and seafood noodles. Even the mango pudding and melon were scrumptious. The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming. Large portions! Come hungry

The two of us ordered a pan-fried sticky rice to share for lunch. It was quite expensive ($28.8) but considering the size of the portion, it was still acceptable. We could only finish half. Taste was not bad. What bugged me was other regular customers were given a different lunch menu. When I asked if there was a different menu, we’re told that menu was for “nearby construction workers”. It left a really bad impression on us & don’t think we will visit again!

Excellent seafood restaurant, the freshest seafood in town, the food is absolutely delicious, not the average Chinese restaurant, ask for menu recommendations from the owner, the service is very personal.
