Aaron was super amazing ! He is always so energetic and explains the entire process so well ! He explains the relevance of each ingredient from start till the end - for eg. Why is garnishing super important! The cocktails were super yummy ! My personal favourite was hazelnut espresso martini ! And Aron makes it too well !

Aaron welcomed everyone with complimentary chips and clearly explained how the class would run, which made the whole session feel organized and relaxed from the start. We made three different cocktails, and he walked us through the techniques, ingredients, and even the origins of each drink. The class was engaging, informative, and entertaining throughout. For the final cocktail, he offered several options and let participants choose what they wanted to learn, which made it feel interactive and personalized. You could genuinely feel his passion for mixology. Highly recommend!

My husband and I did the cocktail and sushi making class tonight with Aaron and Kelly. They’re both excellent instructors, super at ease with a crowd and incredibly informative. The Hotel Georgia cocktail was perfect, the sushi rolls delicious and the vibe was great. We came because my husband got a gift certificate from a friend who also loved their experience here. Can’t wait to go back for more cocktails!

We had booked tickets for the Sushi & Cocktail Making class, which we unfortunately could not attend due to catching a very bad flu (we were not healthy enough & did not want to spread around the sickness).
Though I understand the policy that they could not offer any refunds within 48hrs of the event (i had emailed the morning of), I was very disappointed nothing else could have been compensated for our no show. Even a discounted in-store credit (less the value of which we paid for the class) or being able to book another future class at a discounted rate, I would have happily taken. They had gotten back to me saying they could do nothing else.
I did not forsee being ill 48 hours in advance. I was excited for the class. They need to update their policy & customer service skills.

I organized a work social event with cocktail making for about 10 people, and it was an absolute hit! Aaron (sorry, we didn’t get to spelling!) took care of us did a really great job with my guests, and it was really fun to see him and them unfold throughout the night. Fabulous drinks, nice balance of cocktails to make, amazing gin, and he had a really nice sense of working with people and their comfort zones. For locals even, it was a really cool sense of a local spot that people could come to and learn a little bit more about. Everyone came away, pretty happy, and heard thank you Aaron & team!
