Brewed with Bohemian floor-malted pilsner malt, lagered for a full three months and dry-hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. Made with barley and corn, which adds a perceived sweetness that balances the bitterness nicely. Aromas of fresh citrus peel with a piney resinous character. Flavours of tangerine and grapefruit with a bright, clean, crisp and refreshing finish.
Tart Wild Ale with Blueberry - 473ml can beer (6%25)
Fermented with our house-culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus and refermented on hundreds of pounds of fresh blueberries from the Fraser Valley. This Tart Wild Ale pours a deep reddish-purple with a pink head. Aromas of blueberry, lemon zest and tropical fruit with a hint of herbal spice, lead to flavours of red berry with a subtle minerality and soft tannins. The finish is bright, dry and refreshing, leaving you wanting more at the end of each sip.
Sogno Classic American Pilsner, 4pk - 473ml can beer (4.6%25)
Sogno, or "dream" in Italian, pays homage to classic American pilsners using a combination of American grown corn and six row barley along with Cluster hops, one of the oldest varieties developed in the States. Expect a full body from the ample amount of corn, balanced with a crisp finish and a cloud-like head of foam from the natural carbonation. Relish in aromas of pine needles, freshly baked cornbread, and a hint of honey with a delicate hop bitterness. Hazy IPA was great. Pale ale was pretty good too. Sadly, no dark beers available. A couple of sour beers. Several lagers and an interesting beer that was mainly foam. They had a special for Monday with 25% off food, so we got pizza and a calzone. Both the cherry pizza and the calzone were very tasty. Five stars because the pizza was so good. Nice outside area was great and our server was wonderful. They allow dogs there, but there are strict rules.

Our son recommended Luppolo, and he was right, finally, real Italian-style pizza! We had a Margherita and one pizza each, and everything was delicious. Hanna, our server, was friendly and funny. We don’t drink alcohol, so we tried the non-alcoholic beer, surprisingly great! Finished with vanilla ice cream and Nutella topping. Five stars, and a bonus one for our son’s solid tip! We will return!!

Ok, we are European. These are actually good pizzas, very seldomly they are this good in Canada. The dough is actually properly prepared, what a blessing! We come here every week and luckily the staff knows by now we do not want to spoil our pizza with ranch! The beer is great too, my wife would love to see the radler back. But hey, the pizza is too good! See you next week!
