A very refreshing authentic Korean Restaurant. Very small “hole in the wall” restaurant with great Korean vibes. I loved this restaurant. The Bulgogi was super flavorful and tender. I tried both steamed and fried dumplings and they were phenomenal. If you want juicy tender get the steamed, if you want crispy crunchy get the fried. Highly recommend!

We ordered samgyetang and bulgogi bibimbap and were pleased to enjoy the Korean delicacies on a cold rainy night. This place serves generous portions of authentic Korean food in a cozy nook with great service. Will visit again!

Isn't tipping a personal choice?
I've been to other Korean restaurants and local restaurants.
This is the first and last time a tip has been added and calculated in advance.
The tripe hotpot had a bland taste, and I think it's a chronic problem that the sand is too chewy...
Instead, the soft tofu that my group ordered was delicious.
The atmosphere wasn't bad, but the service and response was very disappointing...

Really tasty and good deal on soontofu on Uber eats.
I was sick all week and this is all I could eat or have appetite for.
Hope the owners keep the promotion for long time as I am sick of paying 20$+ for these mediocre Korean food restaurants in Vancouver
Reallyyy good food but huge portions for one person and almost impossible to finish. It's also too much to take home. I absolutely loved it though. I just wish the service was a bit nicer.

I quickly searched for it and went there, and it was really delicious. There are many menus that are great for kids to eat and they don’t take long to prepare. (It was so delicious, but I was so focused on eating that I don’t have any pictures.) I think I would have gone there often if I was nearby. May you prosper.

Restaurantji Recommends
This is a small cozy Korean restaurant with free flowing appetizers (4 big servings per order) Authentic food, good tea. I would have liked my nakji bokum a little bit less cooked it became tough. You cook squid or octopus either for a minute or an hour. The vegetable pancake was excellent, one of the best ever.

The food was okay. However, my friends and I were charged an 18% tip without being asked in advance. It was a busy Sunday evening, I understand the restaurant was also dealing with other take-out orders. While there was barely any customer service, such as checking in on how the food was or if we needed anything during the rush hour. Meanwhile, I called the restaurant to inform them of the situation, but there was no reply.

With so many Korean restaurants you can’t go wrong with tasty authentic cuisine. MDG was recommended by a local. We had the Korean pancake appetizer followed by a couple of noodle dishes. All very delicious!

Ordered delivery. Containers only partly full, pork almost all fat, kimchi jigae sweet, but container lids cracked. Wouldn't order again.

Stopped in for a busy Saturday dinner and was able to sit down right away for two. Cozy little eatery with huuuuuge extensive menu consisting of many different korean dishes. We opted for the bossam and beef japchae, enjoyed both dishes thoroughly! My japchae caught me off by surprise, it was the most flavorful and tasty japchae I’ve ever had. The first bite had me in awe! I was hoping for the blanched napa cabbage as the wraps for the bossam, but they were still amazing! The salted shrimp makes bossams taste so delicious.
