Worst service, man at the store was very rude and arrogant, I dont why it is so hard to be nice to people.
thats what i told i comfirmed it and requested you politely to allow a few mins it might be glitch and even called you to confirm if its updated. if I didnt confirm how was it showed you later if i wanted to cheat why would even answer your call. just because some people are cheating doesn’t mean everyone is. even right now you are yelling shows your professionalism clearly. Be kind man doest cost much

I have no idea why this restaurant only has a 3.5?! It is my favourite Thai restaurant in the city for takeout! Everything is always hot, the spring rolls are crispy, and the spices are flavorful. Thai is hands-down, an incredible value. Sure, their indoor seating is a little lackluster, but don’t let that turn you away. Highly highly highly recommend this restaurant.

Sadly, after having been a customer here since 2010, including under the original ownership, it’s frustrating to see the slow decline with the new(ish) ownership (who previously worked in the kitchen prior). Post covid things began to change, and sadly they are continuing. First, removal of long standing items, like brown rice as an option. Then increased prices, that have consistently snuck up. Even after Covid hikes. Not long ago I realized the to go container used with my order (that hasn’t differed from day one) was smaller than usual. I assumed they were perhaps low on larger ones for a while. But now I see that it’s the latest change allowing for smaller portions. A personal pet peeve is the addition of cling wrap on top of the fitted to go lids. Forever chemicals and the environment don’t warrant the need. Perhaps it’s time to go back to tall packaging if leaks are an issue. Although you argued these points in store, trust that a customer of 15 years knows what he’s talking about. Customer service warrants understanding and listening to your base.

This used to be our go-to for Thai takeout, but the last couple experiences haven't been great. The yellow curry I received yesterday was not good. It was extremely watery, very little flavor, mushy potatoes. Super disappointing as I could have made it better myself. I had the leftovers for lunch today, and still no good (sometimes curry is better the next day, not the case this time). Extremely watery curry was very disappointing:(. Noodles were OK, but will skip this place next time

Mali Thai is our go-to for Thai food! We do takeout and it’s always fresh, hot, and delicious. The peanut sauce is amazing, the pad Thai is full of flavor, and the yellow curry is so comforting. The rice and spring rolls are always perfect too. Consistently great food, we wouldn’t go anywhere else for Thai!

Ordered the pad thai for delivery. Flavour was lacklustre and noodles were covered in lukewarm slices of chicken that did not taste as if they were cooked with the dish.

Love getting the HOT yellow chicken curry on a rainy day :) Always friendly & very reasonably priced for the quality. Been coming here for years, not sure what the negative reviews are about

Ordered last night for the first time and was disappointing. The pad kee mao was so small for $25 and the noodles were all clamped together. The chicken in the pad thai was so dry! Not ordering from here again.

“I did not receive anything in exchange for this review” it’s a genuine review. Honestly, I don’t understand why this place has such a low rating. The curry and pad thai were so delicious, way better than I expected. This restaurant is seriously underrated. On top of that, the young lady working there was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I've had food before, I have a belly so let me tell u what I experienced, I just finished wrestling with the old lady if u know what I mean, she proceeded to tell me she had purchased some thai food. I said hmph ok. I took one bite and the flavors out performed my performance in the wrestling and I'm not ashamed to admit it but that yellow curry was divine. I mean to divine, I'm talking sell ur mother to the Russians for a taste divine. I don't know why the chef is but if I find them I will hold them hostage to make this meal for me everyday

If you like eating raw potatoes and rice, this is the place for you! Ordered the yellow curry with chicken, which Had ample amounts of partially raw potatoes inside, I don’t think they like cooking here. The rice on the mango sticky rice was also partially raw. Highly recommended if you like your food, not cooked.

I lived in Thailand for a year and this restaurant brought me baaaack. My mango sticky rice was delightful, chicken satay was beyond tasty and the peanut sauce was toooooo good. Their basil chicken with fried egg was exactly as I remember.
I am so happy, I love their single portion with rice options, this is my new favourite Thai spot.
