Marble slab is the best ice cream but this store is so unreliable so many times I check to see on google if it is open and drive from west van to downtown get there and they are closed or they are busy and refuse to give me what I want .. Always Hit or miss with this store !

I went there to redeem my birthday cone, I got an email saying that my cupom would expire on October 20th, which was good because I wouldn't have the chance to go on my actual birthday (October 14th) because of Thanksgiving, so I went there on October 16th expecting to get my ice cream. The guy was rude and said as I was trying to scam the store and get a free cone every single day until the cupom expire. I'm really sad about it, I didn't want to scam anyone, I just went there on the day of my birthday because there isn't a store close to my house, and because of Thanksgiving. I'm really sad that they treated me as a thief or whatever.
Edit: the company replied to my e-mail really quickly, they were really careful and kind about my feedback, they were worried and tried to give me a better experience, thank you so much Marble Slab customer service team! I really appreciate it!

One of the employees was cleaning/defrosting a cabinet making an extremely loud noise as we were ordering paying. We advised them to stop once which they did but then started up again. Was piercing loud. It was almost surreal/comical. The ice cream was soft and runny. This was July 2024. We definitely won’t be back

Their frozen slab wasn't working, and they couldn't offer a waffle cone, so it was just icecream with toppings sprinkled on top in a paper cup, but we still got charged almost $9. There should have been a discount when you could t have the entire experience.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. They refused to provide a sample and when I bought an $8 scoop of the mojito flavor it tasted like eggnog. The ice cream ultimately ended up in the trash bin.

The service was not friendly at all. Went there to pickup an Ice Cream cake. Will go to the Location in Burnaby even though this location is closer.
