They have cool dipped cones in chocolates which usually with your one scoop will cost you around $10. Also they serve cakes and bucket ice creams as well. We asked for 2 flavours in the medium size they said they couldn’t do it because the icecream would melt, which doesn’t make much since to me. I have been to at least 3 other locations that have done this for me. The cup was only about half full and it was $9! They added the tiniest amount of each topping and they were barley noticeable. Won’t go back.

Been a regular customer of marble slap ceremony. Always been to market crossing and white rock once which are the best we believe. Had a first attempt to downtown one last weekend. Had a terrible customer service experience. We asked for a sample test as they were out of regular chocolate ice creams. Manager rudely denied to offer any samples. We went ahead with another cone ice cream and they put limitations upon adding toppings for no such reason. Recommend alternatives.

The place was neat and arranged with a lot of flavours on the counter.Ordered Rocky road with chocolate cone that tasted okay.Cookies & cake flavour with white chocolate cone tasted so bad. White chocolate cone was a disaster.S’more flavour tasted bland. Felt like eating some frozen marshmallows and semi sweet chocolate chips. Do not recommend wasting money here.Ice cream was nothing extra ordinary. Better to buy the ones from stores.

Terrible service!! tried ordering from Uber eats, but they cancelled my order but they didn’t say why? I tried calling several times to find out what they might have been out of From 11:30 to 1:30 on Feb 9th so I could change my order but no one answered the phone. I did leave a message. But nobody called me back:(
Worst ice cream experience ever! There was a politest unfriendly person attending. The pistachio flavour was so bad that I doubted it being pistachio & upon asking, the server said “It’s really green, so it’s obvious!” I had the urge to have good ice cream & the experience left me traumatized! Zero effort to connect with the customer and I can’t believe they sell at premium prices. Do not go here, a randomly picked supermarket ice cream beats this!
