I’ve eaten here twice for dinner and the food truck is hands down the best location. The meat is moist, well flavoured, and delicious and the tortilla is soft but slightly crispy. The same lady served me both times and she had good service.In my opinion, the quality at the other locations have deteriorated as they expanded unfortunately and I’ve visited them less and less over the years.
The cauliflower baja burrito had to be one of the best burritos of my life! The filling was very flavourful and the cauliflower cooked to tender perfection, but the highlight was actually the tortilla, which was fresh and flaky like a paratha. I’ve never had a tortilla like this. I got the vegan version of this burrito, which meant they omitted the slaw dressing and dress the cabbage with salsa instead.
