My scooter touched the door and the personal overreacted making me feel so bad. No apologies were valid. I consider if someone is having a moody day is better to take a moment or a day off, so the clients can avoid this type of reactions
Found this little cafe on the way to Canada Place.
Super friendly staff and owner. Had a good mocha, bagel and vege sandwich.
The owner is super charming and friendly.
He welcomed me warmly, making me feel right at home.
This cafe is homey and cozy, with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
It's a hidden gem of a coffee shop with great prices.
Must try the London Fog-it's sure to warm your heart!

Terrible and slow customer service, food was stale and coffee was watered down.
We went as a group of 3 and ordered one coffee and one food item to share for a quick snack. After purchasing and seating down the owner told us that every person seated needs to order at least one item to be able to sit down. If you have such stupid policies just let the customers know in advance.
The owners tone and reply down below proves how they treat their customers.

Easily my favourite cafe in Vancouver. Fantastic coffee, lovely staff, tasty food, great atmosphere. I like sitting in the window seat and watching the world go by.

Went there for a morning coffee, the place is cozy and sweet. They have a good selection of breakfast items to have as well as coffee and teas. It was a nice quick visit but next time am planning to sit for a while. The atmosphere is nice and you can get a sense of it in the video. I got a latte it had a burnt flavor that made it a bit too bitter for a regular latte but it was alright.
Would definitely visit again for a full breakfast experience!

Looking for a spot for lunch, I was drawn in by a sign boasting “the best coffee in town.” And I have to say, they weren’t wrong. It was a solid 4G experience—Great service, great atmosphere, good food, and, yes, great coffee.
I ordered a large latte and an eggwich on a croissant. No complaints whatsoever. The eggwich actually surprised me. I’m not usually a big fan of eggs, but this one was fantastic. The fluffy egg paired perfectly with the ham and cheese, creating a savory combination that really hit the spot. Simple, satisfying, and delicious!

Very bad customer service, they are rude and have no customer service at all, I don't understand if they have a business therefore you should have at least good customer service, and no, I'm not asking for free things but at least they should be kind.
