One of the original chicken broth ramen in Vancouver. Still good. Friendly service. The egg was a bit overcooked and not as jammy as we expected it to be. But the broth is endlessly drinkable.
I always go to their different branches and this time, I’ve visited the one close to the Vancouver Library. I ordered Chashu Tamago ramen. I always love the noodle in their ramen. Love the tamago too. Chashu was just right and complimented well with the noodle.
It’s a 4* for me since it’s great but not the best I’ve had. I find the soup broth too salty. Overall, I’d still come back.

Doing a quick review because I was only here for 30min for a weekday lunch.
Ordered their Juemon's Jiro-style Ramen priced at $18, and it did not disappoint!! The brothy delicious fat-flavoured umami soup was SO GOOD!! The overall bowl wasn't bad but I wished it wasn't filled with so much bean sprouts and instead had a different veggies component, but otherwise no complaints about the food.
At $18 -whether this item will stay...
