As someone from the East Coast, I’ve always loved Mary Brown’s the food at this location is consistently great. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There is this Asian guy usually working the night shift, who is consistently rude and unfriendly. I’m not sure they understand what good customer service should look like. It’s really disappointing, especially when the food is otherwise good. I hope management addresses this, as it affects the overall experience.

Very poor service..the only reason i go to Mary brown’s is because of their red spicy powder. So i went yesterday and i ordered almost for $30 and before i pay i always ask for on side spicy powder and the cashier said they don’t give it i was so shocked because everytime i go to any location they are always happy to do that even i got one 15 days ago from this store.. it was so dissatisfied and disappointed.. i told her I don’t want to order thn she didn’t even care and not even said sorry… poor customer service

Batters Box special is so worth the price. For two hungry people it was perfect. My first time having your gravy and your biscuits. Thumbs up for both. Savory and buttery goodness. If you guys came out with a country gravy it would be a game changer... yummy. The chicken was not greasy and the staff were most pleasant. Plus!! It's air conditioned... 😁

Me and my husband ordered two meals and we gave a specific instructions that one of them is spicy we picked up the order and went home and both were regular we throw it in the trash
Unfortunately i had to change it to 1 star instead of 5 as this branch became the worst. They never read the instructions in pick up orders and end up getting the wrong order.

Omg the prices were great a 4 piece fed two of us ! Cooked perfectly juicy and hot the servers and cooks were super nice and happy and the place was spotless bathroom included . This is my new spot with my man. Love it!
