I ordered a sandwich and two pastries. The staff forgot about my pastries even though there was nobody else in line. I had to ask after a few awkward minutes. I got 2 earl gray muffins, and I dont know what was it but they were EXTREMELY bitter to the point that the bitter taste stayed in my mouth all day. I thought it was something else, but my friend tested the second one and she also felt the bitterness.

This is my first time writing a review and first time trying this place out. But today I found a piece of metal (almost like a staple?? pictures attached) inside my sandwich. I bit down on something hard while chewing, only to spit it out and find a long, thin, sharp piece of metal. Let alone unsanitary, but glad it didn't puncture or get swallowed.
After reading through some other reviews, it seems like there has been a change in management recently and other experiences of carelessness – so here's another example for anyone thinking of going here.
