It's not my favourite place, the food is cold, even when I ask to get it warmed (during winter that's not nice). The drinks are ok, but nothing special. It's a nice place, big enough to hang up, go to work/just read. They have board games and lovely decorations, but I prefer other places in the neighbourhood.

I live in Richmond, but this is my go to for coffee beans. You can’t beat the variety and quality…but what also keeps bringing me back is the service. Jane, in particular, is an absolute credit to the store. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and just her brilliant vibe ensures you leave with a smile on your face. Love it!

Very expensive (considered unfair portion sizes) related to other places in the neighborhood. At the same time it has one of the poorest services. I have left 15% tips and was not even serviced. I was not told that it's a self service place, so my coffee was just waiting for me at the bar and got cold. No private tables - all 2 big tables (except from the ones outside) are common, not private - people are supposed to sit very close to each other, which is not very comfortable, especially during flu/covid season. Apart from pricing policy, the interior could be designed much better and the service requires huge improvement. I would not recommend the place, as there are much better options available.

The staff here are super nice. Like today...due to building having electrical shutdown they were handing out free drip coffee to clients since none of their machines were operable. They get the drinks right every time and are an authentic kind of nice when dealing with customers. Food is yummy (mostly vegan) yet a bit overpriced. Vibe is minimalist and brightly lit. They have outlets under all tables- so laptop friendly. At times a bit of a hipster vibe and have a mixed clientele and i noticed they are respectful to all. I do appreciate having this near my home.
This place used to be one of my fav coffee shops in West End however, recently I see a decrease in the quality. I haven't been to this place for some time as I had a bad experience with the service. After 6 mo., I decided to give another shot and yet another disappointment. Will not be going again...

This is the cutest cafe is my area. Bright and clean with typically great music especially the alt vibes and an open airy feel.Love the matcha latte with oat milk or the mocha latte with oat milk. Not super sweet lilke some other places and just the right creaminess texture. My favourite latte place in the city! I don't find the staff overly friendly but that's okay, they're busy and professional and not fake.
