Nice coffee shop with a great vibe. The coffee and food is a bit pricy, but it is good coffee. If you're dining there it's worth the price for the atmosphere.

Have enjoyed this place a couple time but won't be back. They dont take cash. Good food and coffee but come on it's not covid anymore, bring back cash! Ive been to other cafes who are accommodating and accept the cash if exact. Not sure why they couldn't do that too :( oh well I'm happy to explore other options and use my cash elsewhere. All the best!

Got an orange mocha and a matcha tea. The orange mocha was a little weird as it reminded me of pho broth or something due to the star anise. The matcha tea was really hot and as far as I'm aware you aren't supposed to use boiling water to make matcha.

Please take away the no tech signs. Its abilitist as i need tech to communicate when non verbal. It makes me on edge like you are now timing us on how much space we are taking up.

A cosy and inviting spot in the neighbourhood for drinks and a casual working session or some light reading.

I've come here a few times and ordered several drinks and some of the food items. I think they make a mean hot chocolate, and I'll definitely come back for it because it is delicious!

The service is good, but didn't wow me. The atmosphere is nice! The location is tucked away in a corner so it's quite quiet, and there's plenty of seating inside if you need to do some work and some nicer armchairs for more relaxed pursuits.

I will be coming back!

Great Cafe. I love the coffee. Unfortunately the almond croissants are irresistible

They didn’t ask me for my preferred pronouns when I ordered

A gem for both coffee enthusiasts and remote workers! Their orange mocha is exceptional - perfectly balanced with subtle citrus notes that complement the rich espresso without overwhelming it.

The ambience is exactly what you want in a work/study space - warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a calm atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and peaceful. I've spent several productive hours here with my laptop and never felt rushed.

Great attention to detail in both their coffee craft and space design. The natural light from their big windows makes it an ideal spot to settle in with a book or get some work done. Fast wifi and plenty of outlets are a bonus.

Pro tip: Their orange mocha pairs wonderfully with any of their fresh-baked pastries.

I love all the Matchstick locations, but this one has to be my favourite. It truly feels like a neighbourhood spot, and always has a good mix of people working, chatting or dashing in to grab a cup to go. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy (especially on Holidays) but mostly people are respectful of keeping the noise down so others can work. There is a large cozy area at the front with comfy seats that works well for a large group, and there is a long table in the centre that could probably fit 20 ppl as well. Otherwise, mostly 2 person tables. The coffee is fantastic, the baristas are efficient and actually nice, and the FOOD is top tier. I especially recommend the Bacon Breakfast Sandwich - it has onion jam that really adds something special and they use good mayo (which I appreciate!). Also very kid friendly!

This cafe does not accept cash as a form of payment. Only crecit card or debit payment accepted. For small business I was surprised. Nice space but!
