The staff at the Main Street Matchstick are absolutely miserable, rude and lazy. Way better coffee shops in the area.

Good place to drink coffee with friends, also kids friendly, they provide books and toys (just to remember to put it back). The environment is cozy and chill, the atmosphere is relax. The cappuccino was good (you don't need to add sugar).Definitely highly recommended.Kid-friendliness: Toys and books for kids to play with.

I really like the vibe of this cafe, but having no electricity plugs is just so inconvenient! I come to cafes often to work, and if I’m paying ~$6 for a cappuccino, I’d like to at least have access to a charging plug for my laptop and other devices.

I love coming here with my baby, however there are no accessible buttons for opening either of the doors for the store. The door is very heavy and I have to try and open it one-handed while pushing a stroller through the door which is almost impossible to do, let alone anybody trying to do it in a wheelchair. It’s a great café however I always start my experience there and end it by being frustrated trying to get in and out without any help of an accessible button on the doors. IWheelchair accessibility: There are no buttons to open the door automatically, it’s a very heavy door with no automatic opener to help get in or out, which is very disappointing and difficult.

A place that rode the wave of coffee shops with the lighting of a dentist office, furniture with 90 degree angles, stainless steel chairs and hard surfaces with a few ikea cushion strewn about. Sour coffee and a few pastries that are universally liked. It’s been around for a while, now and most people got used to it but has no charm.Prices are standard for Vancouver but by no means, fair. It’s a no from me.

The matcha latte was just okay in my opinion. The matcha taste is very faint so it didn't taste like much. It might be more fitting for people who like their drinks more light. The ambience is very nice tho! Great for doing work or catching up with friends!

Looks amazing from the outside but it’s not that amazing once you enter. The place is cold (our group couldn’t even take off their jackets) and the food is pricey. I had one of their breakfast sandwiches and a chocolate croissant. While the taste was good, the size made me feel I was fine dining that sandwich and the croissant wasn’t heated long enough for the chocolate sticks inside it to start melting.Unfortunately I won’t be returning. Shame because the furniture is cool.

Decent ambiance as a Cafe. But a bit small (but I guess most Cafe are small). Parking was challenging. Overall good Cafe for a quick meet up as long as your group is not big.

I ordered a brew coffee of their house blend bulldog. It’s a little too dark and burn for me.

Just now had a coffee for take out, and realized store does not take cash , only pay by card. I don't shop in any store that does not accept cash as they are helping globalist. But cashier accepted my exact change (cash) this time and I wanted to try the coffee which was good coffee. Cashier and manager were very nice and polite even when I share my concern.Thank you
