Stopped here before a visit to David Lam Park. We tried their winter spice latte, one of the pour overs, and a mini chocolate chip cookie. We enjoyed our coffees but the cookie was not good. Service was neither good or bad. Nice decor and atmosphere. Was busy when we went with many working on laptops, minimal seating available had we chosen to stay.

Why is that this franchise seem to be problematic. The other stores are also ridden with customer service lapses. Too bad as I like the lay out of this branch and the food is good in this location.

Bread selection is very limited now and doesn't taste the same.
Feels downgraded.
Coffee still good.

The most bitter foul tasting drip coffee I have had for $4
Good cafe for drinks and snacks. Service could be better. They refused service to an old lady that was willing to pay with cash. She had no credit cards. Cash is legal tender in Canada and can't be refused. Cafe latte was really good and well made.

Came in for a morning cappuccino. There are plenty of seats for those who want to come in, drink coffee and work on their laptops. Plugs are available to accommodate such folk. I quite like the decor and vibe of the place. My cappuccino was enjoyable although I wish it were a little more bold or more pronounced in coffee flavor. Maybe a cortado would have suited me better. If you buy a bag of beans, you save a few bucks on a coffee which is a very nice touch. I can't wait to try the beans at home. Lastly, we had the donut which was cake-style. It was nice and dense.

I am a regular at coffee shop. I came here only because my friend was back to town and stayed very close to this cafe.
The cafe inside looked nice, but the place was not very clean. We had to clean our table before sat down. I ordered a croissant and a chai latte, they were both fairly standard, nothing exceptional. Would be great if my croissant was heated up for a bit.

1 star because of the diversity flag. This organization doesn’t welcome any non ally’s or christians and if you display this it means you are supporting an organization that doesn’t welcome Christians or non ally’s. this organization is also destroying kids and youth whom are the most vulnerable. I liked the place but won’t come back again.

Nice place for a take-out order. Could you use more seating or, better yet, some sort of cover for the outside seating. This is Vancouver, and rain is always in the forecast.
