The staff's behavior toward the driver is absolutely terrible. They don't even realize that they should deliver the prepared food faster so it doesn't get cold. Then, they give the driver a negative rating as well! The rudeness is unbearable.

I ordered a kids’ meal and was really disappointed. They forgot to include the toy, which is the whole point for my child, and instead of the orange juice I asked for, they gave me apple juice. It might seem small, but when you’re ordering for a kid, these details matter. Really frustrating experience!!

I paid $3.15 for small smoothie from this mcdonalds, and they gave a $2.50 drink medium. they scammed me $0.40. the staff and managers are scammers.

I visited this McDonald’s on March 8, 2025, around 11 PM and used a coupon that clearly stated it included two meals, two fries, and two drinks. However, when I received my order, it only had two meals, one nuggets, and one drink. Confused, I asked the staff to clarify. The employee who assisted me (a male worker without a name tag) didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue.
I didn’t want to argue, but this experience left a bad impression. I usually go to Wendy’s, and honestly, their burgers are much better. I only gave McDonald’s a try because I had an extra coupon, but after this, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.
I'm not sure why Google thought I went to McDonald's, I assure you I did not! And would not! Ever!! American crap food not fit for humans...a major reason almost ALL Americans are obese and unfortunately, Canadians aren't far behind. So this is my review - 0 Stars...Google, you need to have a 0 option, some places, like McDonald's, deserve a Zero rating. Crap! Constantly and consistently keep giving me the wrong delivery order. My drivers keep cancels because the service is extremely slow. What’s typically a 20 min turnaround from Order to deliver at my door. Ends up being 45-1hr and arrives cold and incorrect.

Ordered a Chicken McCrispy. Opened it at work, there's no chicken patty inside. The only mistake since 2022 or so I've been getting food here. Usually I get food on a Sunday before 8am. The quality is good and service is good. This is actually a good McDonald's, and the people working there are real people so I edited my low star to a rating that matches the PEOPLE that are working there. The staff are good people I'm just genuinely .... genuinely livid right now because there's no chicken in my sandwich. All good I suppose, mistakes happen

This is one of the closer McDonald’s locations to where we live, but we don’t come here often and it is not close enough to walk there. Some reasons could be difficulty to find parking nearby and the construction along Broadway.
