Iam very disappointed with this McDonald's location. Every time Icome here to pick up an Uber Eats or DoorDash order, the staff treats delivery drivers with disrespect. They are rude, unhelpful, and do not value our time. This behavior is unprofessional and needs serious improvement.

The staff's behavior toward the driver is absolutely terrible. They don't even realize that they should deliver the prepared food faster so it doesn't get cold. Then, they give the driver a negative rating as well! The rudeness is unbearable.

Our order has been cancelled 4 times in 2 weeks. Never got our order completed. I don’t know what happened with this store. I was fast and delicious half year ago.
I ordered a kids’ meal and was really disappointed. They forgot to include the toy, which is the whole point for my child, and instead of the orange juice I asked for, they gave me apple juice. It might seem small, but when you’re ordering for a kid, these details matter. Really frustrating experience!!

I paid $3.15 for small smoothie from this mcdonalds, and they gave a $2.50 drink medium. they scammed me $0.40. the staff and managers are scammers.
