My devotion to McDonald's runs deeper than family ties. Ever since childhood, it has been my sacred, nightly dinner ritual. I’ve ventured out to sample fine dining establishments like Le Crocodile by Rob Feenie, but frankly, they don't even come close to the sheer perfection of the Golden Arches. To top it all off, this culinary masterpiece comes at a mere fraction of the cost.

Honestly, your mobile service is infuriating. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to leave WITHOUT my mobile order. I just waited 9 minutes for a large fries and couldn’t wait any longer because I had to get to work
There were 2 other people waiting. No offence to the workers but wholly crap how can you delay a simple order for that long

This Mcdonalds is too busy and poorly run. They make mistakes often. I ordered a regular mcchicken and a habanero one through mobile order but they gave me two regular ones instead. Now to get a refund i have to go all the way back to the shop…? Ridiculous service.

The customer service was wonderful! ☺️ The staff member Galen was kind and attentive. Really helpful in deciding what to order as I haven't been to a McDonald's restaurant since a very long time.

Ordered egg wrap gave me the chicken wrap

Ordered McHappy meal with Green Gri nch toy. I received a different toy. I complained. They did not have the toy I identified. Therefore settled for Adopt Me instead. Received crispy chicken rather than Grilled chicken wrap. Fries were warm rather than hot. I had to catch a bus. I wolfed down what I could and the rest was to go really fast as the bus was coming. Disappointed with the service. Staff and especially Management should be aware of their products.

Very disappointed with this location...On Friday17, around 5:00 pm i wanted to order a fresh cup of décaféiné coffee..The Supervisor denied my request by telling me they don't have an empty pot to make a new one ......what a great customer service...Ridiculous ....

Iam very disappointed with this McDonald's location. Every time Icome here to pick up an Uber Eats or DoorDash order, the staff treats delivery drivers with disrespect. They are rude, unhelpful, and do not value our time. This behavior is unprofessional and needs serious improvement.
The greatest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Chanpreet is super nice and kind. She served me and my family very well. The burgers were amazing. Thank you, macdonalds for your great service.

The staff's behavior toward the driver is absolutely terrible. They don't even realize that they should deliver the prepared food faster so it doesn't get cold. Then, they give the driver a negative rating as well! The rudeness is unbearable.
