On December 24, 2025, we had a horrible experience with Russell, the store manager. We were in a group, and had condiments and McFlurry missing. He shoved all orders in one tray instead of 3 as I had requested As I voiced my concerns, he started arguing. As a manager, he should set an example and be more professional. We have always gone there and had better experiences than with Russell. Sadly, he is not very good with customer service.

It doesn't look like a McDonald's I was told that the owner is different. Either she was a supervisor or Manager who told me just now because I went there to see if they can replace my coffee which was served cold by McDonald's Lonsdale Quay.

Ordered a McHappy Meal. However I was not given my yogurt. I had to complain at the counter. After complaining, I was then given the yogurt. Make sure you check that you get what you paid for.

Regular good mcdonalds. Pretty clean even on a rainy day
In the olden days, McD was a place you could take the whole family for an affordable meal and fun times. Now it’s basically a homeless shelter with mediocre food. Makes me sad

Any McDonald's located in downtown areas is convenient, butit is inevitably problematic.
Let's start with the atmosphere. Because the place is busy, it always feels like the waiting room at an oil-change establishment. Complete with a non-functioning toilet.
The service was efficient. My meal was on the counter in seconds.
That may be why the food was not as good as I would expect at a McDonald's. My fries were cold and tough. The fish sandwich was the same. But there was a large dollop of tartar sauce -- and that helped the otherwise-unremarkable snack.
I got served the ultimate garbage today.
