Thank you for your smile and for trying to help. I don’t remember your name, but thanks to you I was able to enjoy a delicious tea around 5:30 pm on September 25th, at the cashier. ☺️

Canadian Classic

One of the worst mcdonalds in canada and maybe in north america.

Coffe always comes late

Coffe always is wrong

Its either missing sugar , then they replace it with too much sugar , and again i tell them to replace it , and they are forgetting to put cream.

Terrifying.

My go to place for a quick snack. Kid's McHappy Meal: grill chicken breast no sauce, small fries no salt, regular milk, yogurt 😋 and a TOY that I keep so that I can give it away to someone else who appreciates more than me. Usually a child that I know or that I DO NOT know. Watch the expression on their faces and their reaction(s). It can be priceless! And it could bring a profound amount of joy. I thank McDonald's for this menu option! I thank God for these blessings ✝️.

This review was written in 2025, which is after the COVID-19 pandemic but people exposed to the COVID-19 virus may have developed something called long-covid whereby a person could collapse, experience fatigue, confusion, dizziness and other symptoms. Drinking alcohol makes the symptoms worse. Drinking caffeine after 5 pm (soda pop, tea, coffee, caffeinated energy drinks) will disrupt your sleep and also make your symptoms worse. Symptoms vary as well as intensity. I have spoken to teenagers and seniors or co-workers that had or have long covid. An indicator is if you have difficulty counting backwards from 100. If you cannot do it or struggle counting backwards, you might have long covid. Do an internet search regarding long covid in your location to find out how long covid could impact you or a loved one. There are tourists that visit here so check your locality. God bless you!

Yesterday I had one of the worst experiences ever at this McDonald’s location. After placing my order, I asked a staff member to open the washroom. The moment I walked in, I was shocked — the toilet was overflowing with feces, the floor and area around it were dirty, and the smell was unbearable. It looked like the sewage had backed up and nothing had been cleaned. On top of that, there was no toilet paper available at all.

The scene was so disgusting that I felt sick immediately. I had to leave the restaurant and ended up vomiting outside. Even the next day, I still can’t eat properly because of how disturbing the experience was. It completely ruined my day and left me questioning the hygiene standards of this location.

I honestly never expected something like this from McDonald’s. A place that serves food should at the very least maintain basic cleanliness and sanitation. This was unacceptable, and I hope the management takes urgent action to ensure no other customer has to go through something like this

It was pretty good if I do say so my self, there was a homeless person asking for food , I couldnt help but to say yes , all types of people here but nothing to worry about the people are vary nice and absolutely friendly, during the day at least. It gets a little unpredictable at night but not bad

This McDonald's is always a favorite hangout for the Granville strip homeless crowd. I've eaten at this location before so I knew what I was getting into. Thankfully there's an upstairs eating area that is a little more quiet. What really bothered me here is the girl at the front. She was working cash, bagging orders, and generally in a food handling role. What was distasteful was her floating from cash to food, no hand wash and she had ultra long hair, in a ponytail, well past her butt. Probably 3 feet long. Around the food. No hair net on her or anyone else around the food. If I found a giant hair in my food, I would absolutely vomit immediately. So gross.

Kid-friendliness: I mean, it's McDonald's, but I probably wouldn't recommend this particular one as being a super place for kids.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible on the first (street) level.

Walked in and there was a bunch of homeless people which wasn't really that bad but there wasn't much space and only a few seats that were taken, waited outside for order and came back in to the horrible stench of someone, bad enough that you could have thrown up if you stayed there any longer. Staff gave a refund very good 👎👍

Kid-friendliness: Bad idea
