I cannot express how frustrated I am, I ordered a takeout around 5:15 Monday today, and I dont know how blatant it needs to be that the receipt says “TAKE OUT”, and when my order was ready, this Mexican-like male served my food on a tray? He said there’s no more bags, I looked at him confused(I am not blind I can see there was a huge pile of bag) and next second he asked me if I want a paper bag? And he grabbed a bag and carelessly put it on the tray and told me to bag my items myself on the side. Wow. Attitude was HORRIBLE. I am very confused about their service and how they chose their staff.

when there is free order rewards on the app, I order it, because it is free and employees who working here trying delay the order or saying machine is broken or something else, when they see it is a free order there they dont wanna work on it, I always spent lots of money on macdonalds, this is just disgusting service that they are doing, I will not order again from Macdonalds!

As a customer I have been ignored at the counter a couple of times after inquiring for the missing McFlurry in my plate. That guy looks like new , maybe a team supervisor because he wore different with other staffs, to here because I am a frequent customer of this restaurant. His attitude is rude and unacceptable. I got my McFlurry after raising my voice , but still without a verbal reply even a “sorry” for delay . Thanks for McDonald’s exceptional customer service that make me feel so good before lunch.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience at McDonald’s WITH “manager” called LALA
I am beyond angry and extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received today. As a frequent customer, this experience was shocking, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
During lunch, the main dining area was packed, so I chose to sit in the playroom area, which was completely empty at the time. While I was quietly waiting for my order, sitting comfortably under the table with my socks on, a SHIFT MANAGER CALLED “LALA” came in and, in a very aggressive and rude tone, ordered me not one but twice, “PUT YOUR FEET DOWN NOW.” The way she spoke was hostile, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. No customer should ever be spoken to like that.
To make matters worse, when our food arrived, a staff member politely told us that the manager had instructed her to ask us to move because the area was “only for kids.” This is absolutely ridiculous. There was no sign anywhere stating that the area was restricted to families with children. If there are rules, they should be clearly posted not enforced through rude behavior and intimidation.
I wasn’t going to make a big scene about it since we had already spent about $50 and simply wanted to enjoy a calm lunch. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. This is not what anyone expects from a company that claims to be family-friendly and focused on customer service.
Putting someone with such POOR ATTITUDE and LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS in a management position is UNACCEPTABLE. This kind of behavior drives loyal customers away and damages the reputation of your business.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If this is the level of management being allowed, you are going to lose not just money but loyal customers.

This isn't the food you eat every day, but gotta give credit where credit is due. The nuggets and everything were exactly what I was expecting. No complaints here.

My devotion to McDonald's runs deeper than family ties. Ever since childhood, it has been my sacred, nightly dinner ritual. I’ve ventured out to sample fine dining establishments like Le Crocodile by Rob Feenie, but frankly, they don't even come close to the sheer perfection of the Golden Arches. To top it all off, this culinary masterpiece comes at a mere fraction of the cost.

Understaffed, consistently having to wait 5+ mins for a coffee with no one else in line. Plan at least 8-10 mins if you’re ordering a drink, probably longer for food. Coffee is made wrong 7/10 times
Great place for a quick coffee... good price.

It was my first time visiting this place, and overall it was nice. They have ample parking space, which is very convenient. The food was just okay—not great, not bad—and the order took some time to arrive. The atmosphere is good, though. I would definitely come back.
