The wait time during night shifts is utterly insane. Waited 35 min for a drink. I wouldn't have ordered if there was a way to tell the que length. Either hire more night time employees or tell them to stop clearing the que numbers on the screen every few seconds. At least that way customers can tell how long the line is!!!

Macdonalds Blenheim should hire younger managers and not middle age women who are Rude , burnt out, and not service friendly. The most miserable McDonalds managers I've met in Vancouver. Instead, give the management position to young workers who are more congenial, especially young makes Maybe your business would improve. Furthermore, their burritos use to be the best but now are thinly packed. The new design which eliminates showing the Baked goods like muffins and cookies has further destroyed the foodie atmosphere. The Renovations have made it look awkward and inefficient.

I ordered many items and It was delivery order and they missed an item and when I called the branch they said that can't send me missing item I paid for something and actually i didn't get it I can't believe they don't even check the order before packing

We went to this McDonald’s location for the first time back in the summer, as we were searching for the Collection’s Edition glass that we wanted.
Food was alright.
Service was not good. Staff were very confused with orders at the front and having a hard time placing orders, which was unusual as they did not have a drive through there.
The place was not clean, like a typical Vancouver city location.

WORKERS ARE SO RUDE AND QUICKLY ANGRY. My 9 year old cousin accidentally poured ice tea instead of water and she got yelled at and forced to pay by the manager.
