It was my first time visiting this place, and overall it was nice. They have ample parking space, which is very convenient. The food was just okay—not great, not bad—and the order took some time to arrive. The atmosphere is good, though. I would definitely come back.

I want to give a special shout-out to Lala, the shift manager at this McDonald’s. Honestly, the place wouldn’t be the same without her. She is super quick, highly organized, and always makes sure everything is running properly. When Lala is working, the staff is efficient, the restaurant is clean, and orders go out fast and smoothly.
You can clearly see the difference when she’s on shift — everyone knows what they’re doing, and the whole place just works better. Without her, things feel unorganized, but Lala truly brings life and structure to this location. Her leadership makes a huge impact, and it shows every time.
McDonald’s is lucky to have her.

A very friendly worker as a cashier set the tone as a happy place to have your breakfast and sit. This lady knew one particular customer and served him with such kindness. Great to see. She walked a reay to him with his food and i am sure he must be a regular customer and also enjoys the customer service she brings to all.

Dear Management, I am filing a complaint about a morning shift employee whose name I do not know but she is a black skin women at your [3308 west Broadway]. This employee is consistently rude and insulting to customers and delivery drivers. Her behavior is aggressive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. She speaks in a harsh tone, ignores people, and acts as if she is in charge of the entire restaurant. This behavior is damaging to your reputation and creates an unpleasant environment for everyone. I strongly urge management to take immediate action to address this matter.
