Several times, I've had the same experience when entering the store. The Indian song in the kitchen is blaring at high volume, and everyone is speaking in Hindi. It’s really annoying; I feel like I’m in Mumbai. Additionally, the food always arrives with nothing on the side, and they don’t provide any ketchup or mayo unless you specifically ask for it.

The overnight/early morning staff do not take responsibility for burning your food. They do not know the difference between burnt and toasted and will blame you rather than take responsibility. Indian Woman with neck tattoo and the Indian guy in the blue shirt are in denial about their cooking skills. I asked for the guy's name and he insisted I tell him my name first! Combative jerks who are rude, lazy and ignorant. Go to Starbucks across the street instead!

They refused to take my small scooty inside though the restaurant was completely empty, I requested the guy with Beard, wearing black shirt that I am super hungry and ordering food in app. He said sorry you have to keep it out side to eat food here then I have to go another restaurant as it was not safe to keep my scooty outside. I am really disappointed by hearing that kind of behaviour from a McDonald's restaurant employee. Wish I Don't need to go there ever.

They ALWAYS clear the screen before I actually get my order. Sometimes it takes as long as 5-10 minutes? “Now Serving 313”? BS…This store is just doing it so that corporate sees they are “completing” things in a timely manner. Lies.

In a nutshell, the restaurant was really nice. I ordered a big mac, poutine, and coffee with a bag. However, when I got the food, there was no bag. I thought it was worker's mistake so I requested the paper bag again. The worker treated me in a kind way and gave me the bag. It was my first time of visiting Mcdonald's in Vancouver so I was surprised by its service. Moreover, the floor was very clean and there was a recent pop music. The price was enough for my lunch because the food costed overall 12$.

I was told that the Big Arch doesn’t come with Monopoly stickers, even though the McDonald’s menu says otherwise (attached picture). Basically, they remove the stickers from the burgers and act like it’s normal. It’s not about the stickers themselves—I enjoy collecting these Monopoly stickers for fun. I just don’t understand why they would do that and is it really worth it?

Super slow service, if you want to use the teller service, they even ask you to order on the electronic device instead of taking care of your order, not good! Food is the same crap as any other junk food restaurant

Oversalted, dry fries. Seats and tables are dirty and not cleaned once during my stay. However, I must say that the level of hygiene is partly not because of Mcdonald's, but rather the customers. The man who I initially sat next to, smelled of urinary incontinence. I would not come back again.
