It took them 40 minutes to make an Egg McMuffin …. Zero communication or info. Had to sit in -5 degrees to even wait to discuss a refund but told that wasn’t an option for food order on the app

Rude staff. Late night have to order through the Canadian app which you cannot access as a foreigner. Stupid system and they’re the only late night option next to the Hyatt. The staff is the worst of all the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

2025-12-17Bought XL ☕. Hot but seems somewhat watered down. No wait. Served quite quickly. Ample seating at 7:26 am. Remarkable! I remember when I used to work downtown, this location would be jammed packed. They also have the 🐕 in red decoration for the Grin ch promotion for kids. Coffee rating 2/5 for today because watered down. Inflation Inflation Inflation.
Previously at an earlier date. I forget when. Bought XL hot coffee. $2.09 after taxes. Coffee was hot. Robust flavor. 5 / 5 rating. Value for your $! I give thanks to McDonald's and to God!

I waited for my order for 10 min, they forgot the sauce I paid for. I trusted everything was there, but it wasn't. When I checked I was already far to go get it.

The staff does not wear gloves whole preparing food. And when asked why, they said Mcd only has a policy of washing hands before handling food and gloves are not allowed.
Under the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SFCR) food workers in all kinds of food industry should not only wash hands but also wear Clear/white gloves for assembling or handling ready to eat food along with other extra protective coverings. How would I know the person who is making food is not touching the dirty parts of the counter. In between making the breakfast wraps, the staff touched many other parts, left the station, touched non food surfaces which I can assure are not cleaned or changed at proper interval of time.
I work in healthcare and I know that even after handwashing, there are still bacteria that remain on skin. Handwashing reduces viruses, but does not remove or kill them all. Even clean hands can contaminate food if the worker has Cuts, Dry skin, Wounds, Fingernail bacteria.
What would happen in busy hours of the day, if they can forget to put my customized items in the wrap then they can obviously prevent hand washing to handle the food orders during busy time. This is really unhygienic way of preparing food. And if really Mcd has a policy of not wearing gloves then it should definitely be implemented.

They don't keep their washrooms clean
I thought this place was open 24 hours, but explain why the staff locked the doors when I came at 11pm? I ended coming another time. The food portion was small and it was basically your average McDonald’s

Ordered a veggie burger and they stuffed bacon in it. Absolute joke. If your staff can’t even tell the difference between veggies and dead pig, you shouldn’t be serving food. Terrible management, if they can’t handle basic orders, they have no business running a restaurant. This is careless, disgusting, and a total disrespect to customers, especially vegetarians or anyone who avoids pork. Shame on this location. Eat here at your own risk.
