I recently visited this McDonald's and had an amazing experience thanks to Johnny, one of the workers there. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my order was perfect. Johnny went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. His positive attitude made my visit enjoyable, and I left with a smile on my face. It's always great to see employees like Johnny who truly care about their work and the customers they serve!

We often find McDonald’s at downtown and nearby areas not as nice as it is usually crowded and not clean. We haven’t been to this location and found it might be even more crowded than other nearby locations. Tables are very close to each other. We just had a hamburger 🍔 quickly for an energy boost and then left.

Lots of homeless people, toilets right next to the tables. It says opening hours are 24/7 but everyone was kicked out at 11pm sharp without any reason or warning. Food was cold and not good.

Was staying at Hyatt stopped quick for water and fries used the kiosk for an easier transaction. Requested the asst manager Hood for a bag and his response was in a very bad tone you gotta pay for it next time you understand. I never denied paying for it and obliged for the 30 something cents for small paper bags. His attitude and very rude demeanor ruined my evening. Don't throw your personal frustration on your customers. Be nice doesn't cost anything.
