This place sucks. Morning staff do not say good morning or even thank you. Just look at you like you’re bothering them.

We were in the DFW airport traveling to Vancouver (YVR) early in the morning on Thursday, 9/11, and we're looking for a quick breakfast.

Luckily, there was a McDonald's in our terminal near our gate. So, we stopped in. The staff member at the counter took our orders, confirmed our orders and then a staff member called out our order numbers. Our orders were provided to us within 10 to 15 minutes. The tables were being cleaned, and then we sat down. The area was being kept very clean and our orders were accurate. I can't say enough about the airport crew that staffed this particular McDonald's at the time I passed through. They did a great job.

Bad cheeseburger.

McDonald's is not a place I usually eat at. I was in a hurry and needed to eat. The service was quick and easy. I had a big Mac and fries which was good.

The morning manager at this location Havir is extremely rude and unprofessional to customers as well as to her own staff. I have seen her yell numerous times while waiting for my order. It’s unbelievable that upper management have not done something about her behaviours. She is giving the brand a bad name

Yesterday i was shocked by the manager behavior. She was extremely rude to her crew, even making one employee cry, and continued shouting at her outside. Very unprofessional and upsetting to see.

They told me “McMorning” when i was trying to order my lunch which I thought was odd so it kinda stunned me. I felt like I was obligated to order a McMuffin in that case since it was “morning” but it was a great decision because that McMuffin tasted real fresh. 10/10 service because when I was leaving the guy sweeping the floor told me “Have a great McDay”. Don’t know what kind of training these guys get but keep it up.

There are food corners in this FoodCourt where you can have healthy, tasty food. It's not worthy to have food at McD (if you are not an ardent fan of McD).

Our 1st place to eat in Canada. Good service and food Way better than Alaska McDonald's
