A good McDonalds to go to but, one of managers comes off really rude. When this manager is working, they always demand extra money for 1 sauce. It's strange because no one else working does that. Otherwise they very rarely mess up an order and is a good McDonalds to go to.

I’ve always enjoyed McDonald’s muffins and usually start my day with one. Today, however, was a huge disappointment. I bought a muffin from your store, and when I opened it at home and cracked open the top (something I always do), I was shocked to find mold inside. It was disgusting and completely ruined my appetite.
This is unacceptable for a brand I’ve trusted for years. Proper quality checks need to be in place to ensure food safety. I hope this issue is taken seriously so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Numerous empty and UNCLEAN tables. Bathroom is gross (toilet unflushed, mess everywhere). Food was prompt - but we took it to leave. At least hand sanitizer would have helped a little. 🫥

I ordered a dill pickle mcshaker fries, they asked me to pull over at pickup no.1. Gave me the bag, found out there's no shake powder but medium fries and 3 bags of ketchup. Even the receipt stated dill pickle mcshaker fries. How can you screw that up so easily? 😑

The food is a hit or miss depending on the staff working. I work nearby so I have a general idea of whether or not I’ll get lower than McDonald’s standard.
I went through drive-thru tonight and wanted to add another item to my order that I forgot to mention. I was willing to wait in the designated area meant for this type of situation but the girl that was there told me to go back and line up again. It sucked. It was busy. I couldn’t understand why since there’s an area to wait but I went ahead and lined up again, reluctantly. It’s 1am at this point but busy due to eras tour (I guess?).
After wasting more time and gas, I got my order. Everything was decent until the point where it took them 10 or so minutes to give me my drink. I already have the meal, it’s just the drink that I need so I can finally leave. The girl in drive thru either got confused as to which drink was whose or she just doesn’t know how to operate the machine. After waiting that long for a drink (that was already made on the counter, they just needed to hand it to me), I was finally able to leave. They tried to charge me for a drink again thinking I’m ordering one, so clearly they can take new orders. My guess is the girl earlier was just too lazy to go outside if I’m assuming. A different staff in another section was the one who stepped up and showed some critical thinking and handed me my drink. I love wasting time and gas in this economy!!! Thanks McDonald’s marine drive! (Sarcasm).
Also, I’m this critical since it was actually one of the worst even considering it’s a drive-thru at a fast food and since I also worked in fast food when I was younger and this length of service time for drive-thru was/is generally unacceptable. I mean just hand me my drink please. Usually that’s the first thing they give. Super incompetent drive-thru workers tonight.
