They don't confirm your order at the drive thur. At the payment section, they hand over the card machine, then I will confirm my order to make sure I'm paying for my order and not another customer, after they realized it's the wrong order. This happened a few times, you might be paying more or less for another person's order. You always have to confirm.

I ordered a big Mac combo as well as a junior chicken and a Mcdouble and was sent to the last window of the drive-through. when I arrived they handed me a bag of food and did not ask me to pay. When I told them that I hadn’t paid them, they acted surprised. they repeated my correct order back to me and charged me $20. They handed me a bag of food and when I arrived at home, I realised they had given me someone else’s order valuing at $12. I called the store to express my disappointment and ask for a refund. The manager did not apologize and instead just told me she could not give me a refund. She could only ask me to drive back 20 minutes to get my correct order that they had gotten wrong. I’m gonna dispute it on my credit card and I’ll get my $20 back from TD since McDonald’s can’t help me.

Awful place. Waited almost 10 minutes for my food. Clarified 3 times that I didn't want egg on my sandwich and they put egg on anyway. Worst McDonald's ive ever been to. Food was soggy and stale
Tried to go at 4:15am but no greeting then after a couple minutes they came on and said they were waiting on the system, no apology or timeline and when we tried to ask how long it’ll be they ignored us.
