Small screw up on my take out order yesterday that was more then made up by the manager chase today. Very impressed with their professionalism at this location. Thank you!
One drive through cashier got so nervous when he let the car before me paid my bill. He got more anxious when there were more and more cars behind us because of us having to find a 1 dollar code. It’s not big deal but just made us feeling quite rushed and anxious too. We had to try to calm him down a bit and be emotionally supportive to him. Other staff actually helped us to solve the problem calmly later.

Now have had multiple poor experiences with service at this location. Our most recent delivery order came with less than half the order present. Previously had to wait 10+ minutes for drive thru or curbside orders

I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on Kingsway & Victoria Drive. I ordered a kids’ meal and had to wait far too long for such a simple order. When I complained to the associate and asked them to inform the manager, nothing was done — no action taken, not even an apology. This is unacceptable customer service. I expect at least basic courtesy, especially when waiting so long for a children’s order. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Update from previous reviews. Lourdes is great with customers -always smiling and so helpful ! When manager Chase is in - seems things run really well but when not it can be a rough visit. Hopefully Chase can train other shift managers. Good progress. Thanks.
