I am incredibly impressed with the night manager and staff that worked on 15/3. The manager that helped me was the most polite and helpful lady I have dealt with and probably one of my favourite interactions with someone working a customer service role. I hope she is being treated as well as she is treating her customers. She definitely made my night. If you are reading this Ma’am thank you so much, you are an amazing example of what the standards should be for customer service. Bravo! Madam

I always order oreo mcflurry with extra Oreo but at this particular location tried several time they never add extra oreo crums even after we pay for that, the consistency of the mcflurry was even not good oreos were not mixed as well.

Terrible service from the person in charge of the inn, I told him that my English was not good and I asked him for help to order a quarter of a pound, he did not pay attention to me until I was able to speak well in English with the help of the translator, I didn't even try and I He spoke faster and faster. Do not trust the posted hours for this location. Expect them to be closed from 3AM-4:30AMZFrequent this location and noticed they’ll sometimes lie and say their system is shut down in the drive-thru, meanwhile if you placed an order on the app, they will make it. I was there at 3:45 and was told they weren’t accepting any orders but I then picked up an uber order that was billed for 3:48. Something doesn’t make sense thereNot really fair to waste your customers time like this.
This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to using their washrooms. They lock the washrooms and I understand why, there's a large number of homeless and drug addicted people in the area, but come on! When you ring the bell for the women's bathroom, nobody bothers to come and open it. So if you're in desperate need to go, tough luck! You'll end up soiling yourself! Like i did (I have a medical condition, and when I need the bathroom, I need the bathroom now!)They expect the poor girl behind the counter, who's already taking orders, to be the only one to open the door. So if there's a line of customers, you're screwed! But hey, if you're a man, congratulations! They can just push a button from behind the counter and open the men's bathroom. The bottom line, if you’re a woman go to a different McDonald’s.

Disappointingly, the food still takes longer than 10 minutes to receive. There is no one at the front counter, and someone else didn't get their drinks when they got the food. Nuggets were mushy, cooled down, and had black specks for some reason. The unsalted fries usually take three minutes to make, but they waited like a hell of a long time to give it to us. Plus, they didn't even fill the fries box all the way. My father's medium-sized Premium Roast coffee was also given COLD. The salt packets were much more edible than the food itself...There are also numerous smokers outside the building. You could argue that they might be servicing the Drive-Thru, but reading the other reviews, even the Drive-Thru service SUCKS! The service might as well have been better before the upgrade of the interior of the restaurant. This branch really needs to hire more people who actually give a damn about their job...

It has been a decade going to this local McDs. I have gone stretches avoiding this one because the drive thru window fails SO often. Their accuracy rating is probably less than 30%. Every time I decide to give this place a chance. It utterly and consistently wets the bed. How hard is it to pack a drive thru order? YOU AREN'T even doing it fast?The food sucks so bad that even the company had to release a statement to be better. The coffee is terrible. The only slightly appealing item are the nuggets... and that is if the drive thru even remembers your sauce - news flash, chances are low to nil. Literally go ANY. WHERE. ELSE.
