The staff are refreshing, the store is well-maintained, and the music selection is excellent! Easily one of the best McDonald's locations in the lower mainland. Mainly because of the staff. Whoever does the hiring is a saviour.

This place takes forever to get you your meal, then they give you the wrong thing. But you’re so frustrated you don’t check the bag till it’s too late.
I’d like to say that they are severely understaffed though and they’re doing the best they can. The Manager was actually very nice to me when I had a complaint. She needs to get a different job. She was too nice for this place.

The staff was great and very helpful. Since there as nothing else open, we had to stop for something to eat. The food is the same terrible options everywhere, it doesn't change. So, I spent the night sick and promising myself to never eat McDonald's again.

Mcdonald's isn't what it used to be. The food was coming out faster for the online orders but neglected the people who ordered at the restaurant. I wanted over 25 minutes for my meal. The fries were hot and the rest of my meal was cold. There excuse was they were under staffed and told me to complain to management. It's been a while since I came here and not sure if I wanna support this restaurant anymore. Slow service and expensive meals wich is like dog food really. I really couldn't care if Mcdonald's goes bankrupt.

Prioritize your walk in customers ! Insane that I have to wait this long even for someone to say hello ! So busy on your DoorDash orders. Pathetic. It is literally insane to make your customers who walk through the rain to pick up food wait this long. Pathetic!

Hard to believe it’s almost 2026 and there are still McDonald’s locations that do not have any self-order kiosks. For this reason alone this restaurant is worse than most other McDonald’s restaurants. Spend some money to improve your restaurant, I will be avoiding this location until self-order kiosks are installed.

After checking our bags, we realized we didnt have 2 dipping sauces for our 2 orders of chicken nuggets. We let the “manager” know and he BARKED back at us saying there was 1 in each bag. After getting home we searched the bags only finding 1 sauce and on top of that my toddler son didnt receive his apple juice for his happy meal. So after being rude to us about dipping sauce, this”manager” shorted us 1 dipping sauce and 1 apple juice. Thanks.

In the drive thru they charged me for the wrong order. I ordered a McChicken, but they rang up a 10-piece nuggets instead. When I saw my credit card bill, they only refunded the nuggets, not the rest of the order. The manager’s apology felt rushed and following a script. I was offered a free sandwich, but I’d rather they fix their service, this drive-through clearly has ongoing issues. McDonald’s still owes me the balance. Please advise how I can get it? If I drive back, I’ll spend that much on gas. What would you do?

I've been coming regularly in the mornings temporarily because of work. There's this one staff I see regularly who comes off quite rude. I don't believe it's her intention but she doesn't have a nice tone to her voice or says anything like thank you or have a nice day. When it's busy she is calling out for people's orders very loudly or in a high pitch and it's very unplesant, especially being so early in the morning. Once, she handed my food to me and she essentially slammed it down on the counter when my hands were free in front of her, willing to be handed the 2 items. Poor customer service. I feel bad for the girl I always see working with her.
