Long waits in the morning with 1 person working the front. And because the main area is so small, you have to wait outside for your order. The food was OK, I asked for light mayo and they overloaded my breakfast sandwich, which made it soggy. I don't recommend this location. They need more staff and better communication.

a troubling experience I had at this location. During my visit, another customer was eating outside food inside the restaurant, and the smell was extremely unpleasant. I politely raised this concern with a staff member named Ivan, but instead of addressing the issue, he yelled at me and told me I shouldn’t complain. His tone and behavior were aggressive and inappropriate.
I understand that staff may be under pressure, but I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect. I was simply trying to maintain a comfortable environment for myself and others.
I hope this matter can be looked into, and that staff are reminded of the importance of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns. I’d appreciate a follow-up regarding how this situation will be addressed.

I was very disappointed with the service at this location. The washrooms and upstairs dining area are consistently closed at 7 PM, even though the restaurant itself remains open until midnight. This creates a poor customer experience, especially for those dining in later hours. It feels more like a choice of convenience by this location rather than a policy set by McDonald’s corporate. I would encourage management to reconsider these practices to better serve their customers.

im quite surprised by the amount of negative reviews of this store ... this store out of the handful of mcdonalds ive eaten at has been exceptional ..! the staff is kind.. this location is very busy during peak times yet i never have a bad order 😅 very fresh here and the energy i witness some days is very fun and positive .. looks like a fun store to work at compared to the way other mcdonalds looks.. if you had a bad experience here, i dont think youre reviewing the correct store... 😬😬

I am here unfortunately VERY regularly and never encounter issues with this place from the staff. LOVE coming here because the staff are always amazing and kind. The only issue I have is with the other customers and unwanted solicitors/beggars. Regardless, I am a frequent visitor and will continue to be!
Great Staff and Food but the available sitting ruined this place. Now that it’s rainy season, customers will stay inside more than outdoors. However, you always run into these group of old people that hogs the tables especially upstairs. Even though the sign said you can only stay for 45 minutes, they’d stay there for hours. I certainly hope that staff would take appropriate actions to prevent this. This happens almost everytime I come here.
