Went to the McDonald’s at 5661 Victoria dr at 4:15am to get a coffee. There’s people sitting drinking coffee in the dining room. They have the doors locked. And Google says they’re open.

This large Philippino lady comes to the window. I’m first in line and there is one person behind me. I ask “can I please order a coffee” she looks passed me to the person behind me and says “order mobile k bye” and helps the uber driver behind me while I’m still standing in between them. No explanation why google says they’re open, why people are sitting in their lobby too. No “I’m sorry da da da da da” no “good morning etc”.

Like hello has all customer service gone out the window? More and more I have interactions like this at McDonald’s. It’s like they’re not even trying. You guys really have some of the worst customer service employees working for you and I’m positive you do absolutely nothing to combat that because they’re so incredibly comfortable treating people like garbage, not a care in the world that someone might make a complaint.

Is customer service even touched on a little in your guys’ training? It’s gross. This isn’t the nice, hospitable, courteous and kind Canada I grew up in. And I don’t mean this in a racial way at all, any group of people working customer service these days suck. No matter their ethnicity.

A thank you to “Nithish” for providing excellent customer service through and through. It was a busy day when we dropped by to place a larger sized catering like order. Nithish showed great composure, efficiency, recommendations, and professionalism throughout our interactions.

Terrible service. My food was ready, but the staff kept ignoring me and didn’t bother to hand it over. They were completely unresponsive and acted like no one was there. If the food is prepared and the customer is waiting, there’s no excuse for this level of unprofessional behavior. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back. It happened at 3:00 a.m.

Don’t bother with this place if you actually want late night food. They had a sign on the door that they’re only taking online orders, but when I tried to place an order online it didn’t work. We waited until the girl came to the window with an Uber eats order for someone else so we could ask why it wasn’t working and she didn’t even give us a chance to talk. As soon as we tried to say something she just closed the window in our faces and walked off. We ended up going to the location on Marine instead.

One of the worst McDonald’s in Canada, no idea how they still have business, you can’t charge me extra for something then not even give it to me. Vile business practice

Long waits in the morning with 1 person working the front. And because the main area is so small, you have to wait outside for your order. The food was OK, I asked for light mayo and they overloaded my breakfast sandwich, which made it soggy. I don't recommend this location. They need more staff and better communication.

a troubling experience I had at this location. During my visit, another customer was eating outside food inside the restaurant, and the smell was extremely unpleasant. I politely raised this concern with a staff member named Ivan, but instead of addressing the issue, he yelled at me and told me I shouldn’t complain. His tone and behavior were aggressive and inappropriate.

I understand that staff may be under pressure, but I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect. I was simply trying to maintain a comfortable environment for myself and others.

I hope this matter can be looked into, and that staff are reminded of the importance of professionalism and empathy when handling customer concerns. I’d appreciate a follow-up regarding how this situation will be addressed.

I was very disappointed with the service at this location. The washrooms and upstairs dining area are consistently closed at 7 PM, even though the restaurant itself remains open until midnight. This creates a poor customer experience, especially for those dining in later hours. It feels more like a choice of convenience by this location rather than a policy set by McDonald’s corporate. I would encourage management to reconsider these practices to better serve their customers.
