I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff treated me poorly and showed no respect or professionalism. Their behavior was rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole visit unpleasant. Customer service should be much better than this. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how they with customers.

When I saw the renovation happening, I was excited to see it get a facelift. But now it looks like a lifeless cold building, very unwelcoming. Less seating indoors now, so feels less welcoming on the inside. Sure the old red roof was outdated, but it had character. Such a disappointing and dumb change

This McDonald's recently got a new renovation, it looks more clean and modern. It's got a larger kitchen and seems to cater more towards takeout or drive thru, as the dining area is smaller, and they removed the option of refills by yourself.

Ordered a vanilla iced coffee and 6 McNugget meal. Received a non-vanilla iced coffee and 4 McNuggets. It all went very well with the fries that clearly sat in the fryer for too long and were over salted.

DON'T go here during peak hours. Establishment is severely understaffed before 7:30am and you can kiss getting served your food goodbye.
I arrived on a Wednesday morning at 6:15am. Ordered my food for curbside pickup (big mistake, as apparently the curbside staff isn't in until 7am) I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and had to leave to go to work for my shift at 6:30 to which I was late to. I had to go back to the restaurant after I clocked in and finished my morning tasks. When I did so, albeit the restaurant made it right and gave my my food and a free apple pie.
Been coming to this location for over a year now since I work across the street and I've consistently had late order fulfilment when using anything but the drive thru to order.
Pro tip: Don't come during peak breakfast/lunch hours, the restaurant clearly can't handle this frequency of customers. Unless you're using the drive thru, you can expect upwards of 30 mins of waiting for your order.
