Stop trying to sell me extra products through the microphone 🎙️. Put signs up little ones to grab peoples attention on new products or things to sell. Overall a pretty standard McDonald's experience, I absolutely hate the reservation lineup, it's a drive through. Not an old fashioned diner you pull up, leave lights on to be helped and wait for a home cooked meal to be made. Reservation lineup means lost business. If you know people either eat lunch at 11-1, or breakfast at 6-9, have stuff ready. Especially if people are getting off work around 4-6 pm.

I guess the cook at night hates people who also work at night and need to feed themselves, the double cheeseburger i ordered was disgusting and looked like old patties, $20 a day times 200 days a year of going there, thats alot of money going to a&w now, hope you fire that dishwasher you have doing the cooking.

As expected for McD. Vehicle entering is only from the East and South. Exiting you either go West or go South. There is a meridian preventing entering from the West. You just turn at the traffic light going North and at the next break in meridian enough room for vehicle turn left then when open turn left again going south and entrance is on the rght, East Entrance. There are tables outside, shaded, for dining and ample parking.

Dirty and when i was there, it was stinky that i had to sit outside on those dirty tables, bins were overwhelmed
I went earlier tonight to get my family ice cream and had the WORST McDonalds experience I've ever had and that really saying something. While I waited I watched one of the staff drop the milkshake I had ordered, and she put a lid on it and was about to simply serve it but the manager saw her and made her remake it. On top of that, the three fudge sundaes I ordered DIDNT HAVE ANY FUDGE! When I requested a refund I was told there was nothing they could do. For a billion dollar company they could at least hire some competent staff.

What else can be said about the McDonald's on the Vancouver side of Boundary. A restaurant that has been here for decades and changed with the times. Remember the two floors seating, play area and train caboose to enjoy parties in outside. All are gone and a high volume drive thru and sterile looking inside seating area are left.
