Almost every time we go through the drive thru, we get our food home and the orange fruitopia tastes like water. Don’t the machines ever get serviced, because it’s not a one time thing.

Two cheeseburger was freshly made. It’s the McDonald’s cheeseburger at its best. The manager today was efficient and effective. Order was correct, got my food quickly, and it was delicious. Good work.

I actually like McDonald’s, and this location is close to my home, which makes it convenient. But the service here is consistently poor—I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get a coffee.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues, and even after sending complaints, no one has followed up or made improvements. The head office really needs to step in and do something to restore the quality and service standards at this unit.

My friend and I went to McDonald’s and he ordered a bunch of stuff, including a few cookies, two apple pies and a medium french fry, but when he opened his bag on the bus, there were only the apple pies and nothing else he got scammed it also took them 10 minutes to make my order

Cold Fries, Machine order slower than human cashier, but it is the only fast food in Kerrisdale with parking.

The managers should get fired. Couldn't believe my ears. The manager insisted that I didn't order a latte as part of my single mobile meal order when it clearly says that on my app and paid for it. She could barely speak English and was extremely rude when it was her fault for not completing the order at the drive thru pickup. She simply forgot to put it together. Sadly this is the only place in Kerrisdale for a quick bite.

Zero stars for the management team. The new drive thru order taker was surprisingly five stars. Don't know why she works in such poorly managed place.

My eat-in order for hot cakes, hot vanilla latte with sugar free syrup, two mcpops took over 25 minutes with no utensils, no mcpops and no hot latte until requested several times. Quite a few other customers waited a long time for their coffees at the pickup counter. Wake up! 😐

Alright, I think after going to this McDonalds for a while, I have a decent read.

The 9-5 weekday staff, are extraordinary and rarely miss. During the daytimes, this establishment functions super well for both breakfast, lunch, and honestly early dinner rushes. During lots of months when school is coming out, it can get a little busy, so keep that in mind when waiting. The evening (I'd say 7Pm on) I usually experience a slower, and less consistent experience- ESPECIALLY with quality. I have also had several experiences with the evening staff when I have ordered extra patties on a sandwich, and had them forgotten.

I love me some McDonalds, but I beg of the staff at this location to please cool it with the sauce. I don't know if one of the holes on the sauce gun is just too big, but every second time I get a sandwich here I get flashbacks to the titanic. Once I wipe half of the sauce off, I am slightly un-appetized, but the sandwich I will admit still tastes great- so please consider my feedback if possible. The app does not allow me to put light sauce, and to be honest I don't want to add 100 customizations to my order each time, especially when it is busy.

I don't know why as well, but when comparing on the app some of the items at this location cost extra. I'm not saying it's too much, but I am curious as to why a lot of items cost an extra $0.10-$0.50 in some cases, compared to other locations in Vancouver. That being said, staff are always very kind with providing water and other items when requested.

Sometimes I see this location looking severly understaffed, and you can see one person with a screen of like 30 drink orders, and a forming mob in the lobby area. The design of this McDonalds, does make it quite an intimate viewing area, and I do feel for the staff. I hope management can make sure you always have enough staff that you aren't overwhelmed as this is the least your team deserves.

I guarantee I will be back, anytime of the day I desire as this McDonalds will always be here for me, and the community. I hope not to be rude with any of my feedback, but I hope this can at least be considered going forwards.
