I’ve ventured out to sample fine dining establishments like Le Crocodile by Rob Feenie, but frankly, they don't even come close to the sheer perfection of the Golden Arches. To top it all off, this culinary masterpiece comes at a mere fraction of the cost.

I was very upset and concerned to see a young employee handling ready-to-eat breakfast food with his bare hands and without wearing gloves. Shouldn’t tongs be used to handle ready-to-eat foods like eggs and sausages, instead of bare hands? I was standing there waiting for my order for several minutes, and I saw him repeatedly picking up eggs with his hands, folding the sausage and placing it on the bagel, and covering it with the bun — all entirely with his bare hands. I was so uncomfortable that I spoke to someone I believe was the manager. She told me that they use a timer for proper handwashing and that employees are allowed to handle food with bare hands. This experience was very disappointing. I have always trusted McDonald’s as a company with well-trained staff and strong food safety standards. However, after seeing this with my own eyes—and hearing more and more negative reports—I am now very concerned about food safety. I found this experience very unpleasant and unhygienic. Would you feel comfortable eating food handled this way? There are invisible germs that cannot be seen, and this raises serious concerns.

I’ve had amazing experiences with the staff. The drive through 9:00 am staff is the best!!!! Recently I received a wrong drink in a pickup service and I passed by to see if a refund could be processed, and the shift manager was really kind and gave me the right drink and an add on as a courtesy.

Ordered through the drive-thru and didn’t realize items were missing until I had already driven away. That defeats the whole purpose of drive-thru convenience. Double-checking orders is basic, and this shouldn’t happen. Very disappointing experience and not something I expect when paying full price.
I order here when I don't have time to eat at home, but the service can be quite long, although there can be quite a few people. The food is prepared in an open kitchen, so you can see a little bit how your burgers and other dishes are prepared for you. But they cook everything without gloves, so it's certainly good that you wash your hands, use antiseptics, but it would be good if the staff prepared food in gloves. The atmosphere in the establishment is normal, since I mainly order food to take away. The wait for your order was so long that you waited 25+ minutes for your order

I ordered meal on uber. They didn’t give me straw with drink and also food was not good. Burger was very messy. Even didn’t add any ketchups with fries 😂. This is disappointed. I never order agian from here.

I placed a group order through Uber Eats and almost the entire orders were missing when it arrived. We called the restaurant, but the staff said they didn’t see any extra food and offered no helpful solution. This wasn’t an Uber issue — it was clearly a mistake on the restaurant’s side, and it was very disappointing given that multiple people were relying on this order. Poor service and accountability.

The second floor of this McDonald's is incredibly cozy, complete with a fire place. Honestly, it doesn't feel like a McDonald's at all, it's calm and relaxing. It didn't seem like an organized event, but rather customers spontaneously started singing. Several men performed Christmas songs inside of the restaurant and I felt lucky to have walked in at the just the right moment.
