Today, Tuesday February 17th I had the immense pleasure of having my first ever cheeseburger with the NEW FRANK’S honey hot sauce and it was a mouth watering foodie orgasm experience! To top it off, I had the most friendly, kind and exceptionally customer service oriented person help me with my order, Trisha. Tucked in a corner of Robinson, this hidden gem serves world class food with a smile on their face. Our server, jagvanpreet, whisked the fries into the fryer within seconds of the completion of my payment. Before I knew it, a perfectly sizzled cup of medium fries was ready. I once had the same sandwich remade here three times… all because they kept forgetting to add a second egg patty. Fat forward six months, McDonald’s has gotten Google to remove my review, I assume due to me I calling out the vagrancy problem ins this restaurant. During the middle of the day when the managers are in? This place is great. Otherwise good luck. Just had my second egg forgotten AGAIN. When I called to let them know? “Oh I’m sorry, come by for a free sandwich, I’m just off tomorrow so come by day after”
I shouldn’t have to unwrap my sandwich and double check it before leaving.
