Rotten lettuce in my junior chicken and supervisor Ivan could not speak a word of English and did not know what rotten means! And then he hung up my phone and never picked up!! I am going ro sue mcdonalds and this location and this incompetent supervisor on a 4:30 pm shift on Wednesday Nov 26, 2025.
I am pregnant and relized I ate a whole bunch of rotten bad lettuce this is disgusting and unbeliveable. Ill update you after I speak with my lawyer.

Worst service I’ve had at any McDonald’s. The employees at this Knight Street location are rude and not willing to help when there’s an issue with the order. My drink was wrong, and they acted like it was my fault. Terrible customer service.

I come here for beakfest every Sunday and its one of the best locations. The staff are friendly and kind (and I mean kind). I spilled my tea and not only did theu clean it up and checked on my mom (who I spilt tea on), they replaced my tea. The hashbrowns are always hot, which I've been told is the best factor. If your looking for a location when the food taste actually really good, and the Staff are great, I highly recommend this one

I am giving stars with my recent experience to Mcdonald on 18 oct 2025. At around 11am. It was busy I get it......my son asked for sprite...and I promised him I will bring it I got my order....its time to get the drinks I pour sprite that was only soda when I felt like something is not right. I requested a boy to change it....firstly wait for 5 minutes and then I asked no one did it....again I wait for another 10 minutes and asked nicely....the guy said get another one..I said my son want it....he smile and gone...I asked front she gave me rude look saying that's take time with no I contact...I felt like where am I? I am a regular customer here i always recommend my friends 🧡 but I hate visiting there that day...after changing that sprite.....when I try to pour that drink nossel came off with high pressure...then I asked the guy there he came to help and he could do much and manager coming to tell him hey go to your spot....and fixing that nossel...with full of attitude....without telling me that its actually fixed left....I hated being there...thank you .
What a great McDonalds. The staff are super sweet. The food is always fresh. The place is clean unlike so many mcD in Vancouver.

Stopped this morning (Oct 3, 2025) Order a Bagel BLT.....Get to work and find a sausage and egg bagel. Order tag stuck to bag literally says BLT. Minimum wage is too much.
