Very bad service specially the old lady here asian too Marietta is so very rude everytime we go here she makes our visit misserable

i ordered the lemon fruit splash from mcdonald’s. i’ve previously gotten it before and it was good but this time there was still soap in the plastic cup which i didnt notice until i took a sip. it tasted really bad at first and i soon noticed what was inside.

Stopped by this McDonald’s this morning (Monday June 9th) and discovered our sausage McMuffin had no sausage on it. Literally just cheese and bread. Tried calling the store but no one answered. Left a message. If I receive a response I’ll update this review.

I ordered through Uber eats. This location left out the hash brown and there was no place on the McDonalds site to ask for milk or cream for the coffee.I can't drink it black. Won't be ordering from this company again.

Dropped in for a quick bite and had to wait for a decaf coffee to be brewed which is fine. Better to have a true decaf coffee than a diluted one from Tim Horton's. The fries are the best! Deluxe cheeseburger was ok. I was hoping it to be juicy and delicious, instead the bun was not toasted and the patty was dry. Too much sauce made the patty slip out of the bun.
Parking: Shared parking lot in the back has about 12 spots.

I’m confused by the poor reviews. I go here every morning for a quick coffee + meal & I’m always greeted and treated respectfully. I receive my order quickly. I think the employees are kind and lovely. It’s not an easy role & I appreciate the time they take to say good morning and general pleasantries.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s so you can really only rate them on the variations. These bathrooms are filthy and disgusting.. they probably didn’t look at them all day. Sorry McDonald’s. That’s way below your level.
To Jenny the short employee, please do not lecture your customers in front of other people as if they are your kids. I felt embarrassed for the elderly man you were scolding. If you’re having a bad day or don’t like being there, you should not take it out on other people and consider being more kind and patient. Thank you

the blow dryer is positioned in the bathroom so that it blows into the garbage can. I went to dry my hands and it propelled a piece of toilet paper out of the garbage can, into the air, and landed on my head. Lovely experience.
