1 hr later the employees decide to actually speak to my daughter for her order and refund. I called and spoke to an employee, Sammy, after incurring a charge to my daughter's Uber because they charged for waiting that long. Apparently it's not their problem. Thanks for being considerate.
I would avoid this mismanaged place like COVID.

This is the first time I've had such terrible service. I ordered a Happy Meal for my child, they gave me no cheeseburger. I came to get a replacement, they gave me a double cheeseburger, I came to give it back and waited 10 minutes for a new one, and everything I ordered was already cold. They didn't replace anything and didn't offer any apology!!! Terrible service.

Food was a bit later than most. If you are ordering to a table on mobile expect to wait awhile.
I like how spacious this McDonald is and it has self order machines. It also has kids’ play facilities even I don’t need it but it’s amazing. The security also doing a very good job.

I mean, it’s McDonald’s so what can I say? Quality is pretty consistent across each franchise location. I especially love the location since it’s so close to Vancouver yacht life charters - female owned and operated!
