Waited so long for food and got it and our fries and chicken nuggets is just warm not even hot ,warm like room temperature! I was not going to wait 20min again for cold food again!

Service was fine and the place was decent but the food wasn't. I don't know if they're busy but they certainly didn't do good with making their food. My son's burger had a tag in it. The manager apologized and remade the burger but still wasn't feeling good about it. Didn't take a picture before manager took it away.

The so-called manager “ Lisong “ who work there is extremely unprofessional and resentful. After 14 minutes of waiting for my regular coffee, I greeted her and asked her politely to see if my coffee was ready. She just nodded to responded to me impolitely “

This place has yet to fulfil a simple or any Order we ever placed. For example if I ask for a file o fish w/out the cheese and tartar sauce they will remove one but not the other item… and every time we order for our family we’ll get one less order of fries or a wrong item instead… I highly recommend you check your order filly as you receive your bags otherwise you will be in for a surprise guaranteed. Since it changed ownership this location is terrible 😞 oh and yes you have to ask for a receipt bcs they just don’t give it out or offer it…

WORST SERVICE EVER . Went there 3:40 am, order a NHL meal combo, drive thru. They charged me and after that send me to wait at the cars spots. Forgot about me for almost 20 min, and when I came in to ask, they said I need to get breakfast menu because they don’t have the menu that they charged already.

Very good and fresh meals. Gave more than usual in my large fries which was great. Most times the container is missing top layer
Haven't met a friendly staff member at the counter yet. When they make a mistake, they don't apologize to the customer or make it right. The patties in the burgers are getting smaller and smaller.Tiny! Nothing actually looks like the pictures they advertise. Please be nicer to your customers. It's called customer service, and we are the customers that spend money to purchase food at your business. It would be appreciated if you would be kinder and smile once in awhile. I am always nice and friendly and respectful when I order food at the counter, yet I do not get that back in return.

1 hr later the employees decide to actually speak to my daughter for her order and refund. I called and spoke to an employee, Sammy, after incurring a charge to my daughter's Uber because they charged for waiting that long. Apparently it's not their problem. Thanks for being considerate.
