Unfortunately tonight it was not Mean Poutine, but Sad Poutine…. We specifically asked for sauce on the side to avoid getting it all soggy, but the sauce came in the poutine and it was all mushy… sad:((

My favorite food we had while visiting Vancouver!! I love a hole in the wall dining experience. Service was fast, helpful, and kind! I got the original and added onions and bacon. The bacon was crazy crispy delicious and the onions were fat and juicy! Loved it so much, just heart breaking I have to travel internationally to have again.

Came to this location thinking I would be getting the great service & poutine I have in the past. Instead I was served fries that were probably sitting in the basket and reheated and could take out a tooth. I went back for her to remake the poutine (which did not take long at all), she had me throw out the old poutine to use the same box (I hate to waste food), and then served me half the size of the original amount. Very disappointing experience and will be my last.

I had the Mean and Green Poutine and it was fantastic! I was looking for a vegetarian poutine while I was visiting Vancouver and I'm so glad I found this place, the service was great and the food was excellent! Crispy fries, tasty gravy, and tons of toppings!

We made it to Mean Poutine last minute and Nasima was halfway through closing. I had asked if she could an order by any chance. She paused what she was doing and took my order in a pleasant manner. I didn’t feel rushed even though she needed to go. She completed the order and I was very grateful for her. It was last minute but she still ensured that she took the time.
