Breakfast sandwich was lukewarm with thick bacon that’s hard to chew. Average service.

Over a decade ago, Meat & Bread was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives with Guy Fieri and their signature Porchetta Sandwich still lives up to the hype. I first tried it years ago and had to come back for another round. The slow-roasted pork is carved to order, juicy, tender, and packed with flavour. The salsa verde adds a bright, herbal freshness that perfectly cuts through the richness of the meat, while the crackling gives that irresistible crunch. All held together by a fresh, sturdy ciabatta. If you’re craving a seriously good, filling pork sandwich, this is the one. You won’t be disappointed.

Not sure why they advertise breakfast and are only open for it on weekdays. Makes no sense to me. Maybe just stick to lunch.

I've had great experiences at M&B before. Their porchetta is one of the best things you can eat in Vancouver.

But this location served me a Reuben sandwich that was possibly one of the most disgusting things I have ever eaten. Just a big cardboard box of slop. Tasted of nothing. Consistency of a magazine left out in the rain.

Don't eat here.

I cannot believe I have never been here before, although I live locally.

Everything works. Food is delicious, host is welcoming and music is background.

Honestly one of my favourite sandwiches! It only takes 1bad time (when you’re having an absolute craving) to bring a 5 down to 3.

Half the meat. Luke warm toasted bread. Dry Porchetta.

No issues with other locations. So far they’re all still 5 ⭐️ for me.

I don’t know if there recently was a change of management? New staff. I miss the ?italian woman? - pro and genuine.

The person who got theirs after me, made from a different employee, looked MUCH better.

Quality control is a MUST in vancouvers amazing food industry. Too many options to
Be sub par from expectations.

Yo ,it's my first time visiting here a very welcoming, enthusiastic staff who provided fast, friendly service. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, with a pristine open kitchen, and fresh bathrooms,The porchetta sandwich was fantastic juicy meat, crispy crackling.

Nice spot for sandwiches with limited choices but sufficient to cater to different crowds. The staff is nice and attentive.
