Ras served our table tonight and I ordered a falafel wrap. My friend and I enjoyed the good energy in the room and the welcoming service good job man. The wrap was tasty too

I work as an Uber Eats driver, and I’ve had issues with this restaurant every single time I come here. First of all, the staff are very inconsiderate toward delivery drivers — nobody pays attention or communicates properly. I often end up waiting for 5–10 minutes while everyone ignores me, and when I finally get someone’s attention, they just tell me to wait.

After waiting for a while, I ask again, and the person goes to check with the kitchen — only to find out that the order hasn’t even been started yet, or that the kitchen staff didn’t even know about it. This has happened not once or twice, but several times.

As someone who works hard to earn a living, this situation is really frustrating. Because of this restaurant’s poor organization, my deliveries are delayed and I receive bad ratings from customers. I honestly think the management here needs serious improvement.

Great tasting shwarma

I went to Mediterranean Grill today for takeout and specifically asked for a lamb shawarma. When I paid, the receipt showed “Beef and Lamb Shawarma,” so I brought it up to the cashier and told him I only wanted lamb. He said it was just lamb and told me to ignore the receipt.
When I got home and started eating, I’m pretty sure it was beef — I can tell the difference between beef and lamb because the texture and taste are totally different. I’ve always ordered their lamb shawarma before, so I know exactly how it usually tastes. This one was way too salty, and the meat was dry and hard to chew.
On the positive side, the lamb shank I ordered was really good and tasty. I’d probably get that again, but not the shawarma

I tried the chicken and beef shawarma mix, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were amazing, and everything tasted so fresh. On top of that, the staff were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. This place truly deserves a higher rating on Google .highly recommend!
