Came here for dessert with my family and all we ordered was a Q mochi milk shaved ice. Absolutely delicious, it was sweet, creamy, and with the pearls and the mochi, added a nice chewy touch to it. One shaved ice is a pretty big in portion size thus can be shared with around 3 people. Service was alright nothing special to note. Did enjoy the free taro though.

I would give 0 if I can. The cashier is extremely unprofessional, charged me for a special that they said it’s free on the blackboard and then when I asked for a refund she only refunded me the non tax part. How ridiculous was this. I would never come back again, please train better staff instead of having everyone just chat and laugh loudly in the kitchen area, she even forgot to hit the credit card charge button when she walked away and left me wait there for a prompt to pay. It’s absolutely not ok.

Updated on 2024-01-03Babao Bing is okay, the beans are just cooked but not dense and have no special taste. Taro balls and sweet potato balls are still a better choice, grass jelly is good both hot and cold, and tofu pudding is also okay. There are no toilets available today and they are being repaired.Delicious, a must-try every time I go downtown.Parking: It is difficult to find a parking space on Robson Street. There are limited roadside parking spaces. There are some underground parking lots in nearby back alleys or side streets, or parking lots in buildings. I heard it is on the opposite corner. It costs $2.50 Canadian dollars for half an hour and $14.50 for a full day. If the weather is good, it is recommended to take public transportation such as skytrain or bus, and then stroll from Robertson Road to English Bay, which is very convenient for shopping or eating.

Terrible service. I wanted to get a disposable bag to put my to-go order and was told to put it back, because it costs money! How much does the little baggy cost $0.05-$0.10? Is this enough to ruin a relationship with a customer? Is this the extra care that earns tips?

I won’t be back at this place again. I love red bean soups. I ordered two of them. I found out each only contain a teaspoonful of red beans. They were very stingy of giving the beans. The rest just water heated in a microwave oven. The three Chinese waitresses were siting in back and gossiping.Yuck.
Clean dining environment, friendly staff, easy to understand menu.Music was a bit too loud for mePretty nice interior decor.Dessert- flavour is pretty good, not overly sweeten or powering- proportion is medium to few at its price point mostly just jello soup, 3 pieces of yam and some tiny petals that sell for $14+

Was wanting boba/bubble tea and thankfully this place was available!I was confused as to what the difference is between milk tea and bubble tea and the server kindly explained bubble tea is milk tea with boba.Pricing was average at $8.It tasted delicious (milk tea and boba)!!

I am so excited to see this brand, one of my favorite desert brands when I lived in Shanghai. We got one Taro Ice #4, one lemon tea with boba, and one boba milk tea with pudding. Everything tastes great! They also have the boba tea buy one get one free before 6pm. Highly recommend!

Delicious Taiwanese dessert. Ordered their Signature Icy Grass Jelly. The taro ball and grass jelly were yummy. I make a visit every time I'm in Vancouver.
