Warning: Do Not Buy Their Baked Sago Pudding w/ Taro Filling! We bought one on December 24th and had it stored in our fridge for one night before eating it on December 25th. At first, we found it odd that a layer of oil sank to the bottom of the tin pan. Upon our first bite, we knew right away that it was spoiled and tasted moldy. Threw it out right away. We suspect they used taro that had gone bad for the filling. Never coming back to this place again!

Average, decent tasting Chinese Buns. Good for a quick snack or lunch on the go. Their bbq pork bun filling was generous but looked like it had red food colouring. The ham and egg and the sausage and cheese bun were okay.

A lot of the goods are alright. Service is awful and the place is filthy. They usually seem pissed off to have to help customers. There are a few better Chinese bakeries nearby.

Very impatient at checkout and very bad attitude. I can’t even explain clearly and still need to collect payment. Obviously they only accept cash, so you can't even change a dollar. Who can show him that he looks like he is dying!

Coconut bun and coconut on top are very good and freshly made every day. They also have a lot of assortment of pastries, and it's affordable.

Just delicious BBQ pork buns, not too sweet and not too salty, just right! I'll be back!

Lacking flavor and taste. Lack of sweetness. Pastries look good but don't taste very good.

Poor service!! I told the staff I wanted Pineapple buns 3 times and she gave me coconut buns (didn’t know until I got home). The lady didn’t even listen, she kept asking if I wanted to package them all separately and I didn’t even need it. The steamed BBQ pork buns barely has enough fillings. Mexican buns and Lo Por pastry were not good either. This is the first and last time for me
