I ordered two cakes, 24 hours in advance for pickup. The cake itself is great, but it was completely frozen when I picked up. What's a point to ask for the pickup time, if I have to defreeze the cake before being able to cut it?
Almost too beautiful to eat. Very lightly sweet. I got a passion fruit something (not familiar with that kind of dessert). Looked like the most beautiful pink egg from a mythical, legendary bird of paradise. Perfect amount of sugar. 99% of patisseries use too much sugar. Very elegant and balanced in flavour. Will come back to try more things.
