Lately this has been my favorite spot to grab a coffee and get some work done. The vibe is really cozy and homey. I loved the sandwich, and the service is super fast.

Walking past we thought this could be the place for a coffee hit on our first morning in Vancouver however what was served up was undrinkable. There are better options available.
Honestly, don’t bother. With no one inside I should have known better. I ordered and sat down and waited whilst staff made my coffee, left it on the counter and watched it go cold. No one entered and they continued their conversation behind the counter. I offered a ginger biscuit which tasted like a dog treat and the coffee was basic. Sitting in the old and dirty chairs I downed my coffee and left. Ick!!!!!

Nice place for a coffee and a cinnamon bun! I went for a large Latte and a huge cinnamon bun(for about 11$) - the bun was not sugary and I loved it actually. Service is nice and friendly, nothing to say here. She told me that muffins and buns are cooked every day which is good.
