Spectacular croissants

Owner is amazing and staff is excellent. Love the baked goods and bread especially the Croissants! This is a delightful bakery that is open from Thursday to Sundays and offers online and delivery services plus Merci is at the farmers markets. Best of all some of the bakery items are in the frozen section of Stongs Market and Gourmet Warehouse.

Best pastries ever. And the bread is to die for!

Don’t waste your time here if you’re looking for fresh baked today goods. Ordered 7 different items on a Friday early afternoon and they were all stale. If you’re charging high end prices it’s expected for high end fresh baked goods and they failed on all 7 items.

Super cute lil patisserie tucked away on Commercial just off 12th. With all the construction, etc, it can be a bit hard to find, but it’s worth seeking out!

The owner is French trained and has been selling at Farmers Markets for a few years. This is a really authentic French croissant, very similar to what you’d get in Paris.

Note: no eat-in space here, but there are a few benches outside.

Pastries Croissants very flaky, fresh, and delicious. Got the pastry from my boss. Loved it! First time! Thank You Natalie! Looking, forward to drop in myself in person to check out more of the baked goods!

I love this place! The treats are amazing and the people so kind. Love getting things both on commercial and at the farmers market. The focaccia is to die for, and in store they have a bunch of great things like olives that kick ass. I remember hearing about this place on a podcast before it became a thing and couldn’t be happier to see how truly good it is. Their baked goods are just unreal and honestly set the bar for Vancouver.

Not recommend this pastry shop! Especially for first time visitor or anyone unfamiliar with their offerings!

As a first time visitor, I asked simple questions about the pastries, and the staff was inpatient and unhelpful. Even though I chose 3 pastries within 2 minutes ( not an excessive amount of time) When I changed my mind about a bread choice, and opted for focaccia instead, the staff gave me a strange look and made comments to another staff that made me feel insulted, as if I was “stupid”for that!

At that time, the place wasn’t busy and there were no other customers. So there were no reason for such behavior. It’s normal for customers to take a moment to decide before making a purchase! I felt unwelcome and discriminated throughout the entire experience.

The food was ok, the awful experience overwhelmed everything. I also felt there were discriminatory undertones in their behavior, which only made the situation worse. This is not the experience I expected from a neighborhood pastry shop I had been excited to try.

Plz train your staff to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism! Not recommend this pastry shop to anyone!

Oh my! I thought the croissants were a little pricey until i devoured one! They are not light by any means. To be honest it was absolutely perfect!
Flakey and moist on the inside and not knowing what double baked implied, I now don’t care. Double bake away you fine bakers, I am your number one fan!
