From the starters:
Aburi lox oshi (Gluten-free) with carrot lox, aburi sauce, shiso and Serrano. With a hint of spiciness from the Serrano pepper.
Tuna crispy rice (Gluten-free) watermelon as tuna, sushi rice, lime kewpie mayo, green onion, sesame seeds. The watermelon was surprisingly good. Sweet in taste, it looked like tomato paste.
The bite sizes are made to be shared.

Some of the most delicious food I have ever had, wonderful atmosphere, great service and I couldn’t recommend it more! I’ve been vegan for about 6 months now and places like this are a huge reason why I’m going to continue

Are here last week and enjoyed every bite. Got the spicy noodles and it was enough for dinner and lunch the next day. Don’t miss the watermelon tuna starter. And the peanut butter pie was 😘

I didn't get to try as much as I wanted to, but I really enjoyed the watermelon tuna appetizer. I got the steak fries for my main. I enjoyed the mushrooms it came with more than the faux steak, but it was fine. The peanut butter pie was really good. The entire table loved it even the non-vegans.
Such a wonderful restaurant. Lots of unique dishes that surprise you with their flavour and texture. The vegan sushi and Dan Dan noodles are must-tries.

We drove from Ottawa and found this vegan restaurant. I don't remember the servers name but we were there on september 19th in the evening. The server was amazing, the food DELICIOUS. We wish to have a location in Ottawa! If I lived in Vancouver, I would eat there twice a week EASY! Thank you so much for the great experience on our trip, we will remember!

Absolutely beautifully prepared, and extremely tasty. Very pleasant service.
Don't let where it is deter you. Once inside the atmosphere is beautiful. The food? *Chef's Kiss* Well worth the drive out from Maple Ridge and paying top dollar. Don't sleep on it! This place is wonderful!

This meal was extremely memorable. We had sushi and dandan noodles, as well as a slice of peanut butter pie. Everything was bursting with new, delicious flavours we couldn't quite place. Service was wonderful and we are desperate to return for brunch!
Travelled to Vancouver for a couple days and came across this place through an internet search. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and shown to our table. The decor is simple and classy and the staff is professional and friendly. The wine selection and prices was perfect for the menu. They took the art of the negroni to the next level with a dash of plum wine.
The food was excellent. We ordered the Gyozas and the steak frites and we were not disappointed.
A highlight of our visit. We will definitely come back on our next Vancouver trip.

We ate at MILA twice on our trip. The staff was friendly and the restaurant's interior was very nice. The food was a 4 or 4.5/5 for me overall, but the Arancini is a 5/5, and the Peanut Butter Cup Pie is 5+/5. One thing to note, this location is adjacent to a several block long stretch that had many dozens of people who appeared to be under the influence and acting erratically, shouting, etc. Don't let this deter you from a trip to MILA, but I would recommend Ubering and not walking, especially if you're going alone.
